This is a bad location. They wait on a bunch of different people, leve your food sit at each station, your food sits and gets cold. I had to throw mine away because it was cold. They need to wait on one customer, and check them out, then proceed to the next.

Went there tonight 30 minutes before they closed. Stood in line (alone). Employee was cleaning grill and after about 2 minutes finally acknowledged me and said she would be with me in a minute. No eye contact. No urgency. Another employee was emptying trash. Also ignored me, said nothing. Literally was invisible. Waited another minute and then walked away. Crazy lack of customer service.
While working in Columbus, Ohio, I stumbled upon an absolute gem — Bibibop! It quickly became my go-to lunch spot during my entire stay. I tried it for the first time on this trip and ended up having it every single day for lunch.
The food was fresh, affordable, healthy, and offered an impressive assortment of vegan options, which made it even more of a standout.
It does get a little busy on the weekends, so the experience can vary, but whenever Yan is around, she truly makes you feel at home. She’s incredibly sweet, highly professional, and went above and beyond to elevate my experience. I’m so grateful to have found this spot — and to have been met with such amazing service!
