The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is superb. I would love the portions to be larger so I could have leftovers but you get what you pay for!

I honestly didn't want to write this review because ive been eating bibibop at least once a week for the past 10 years. Im a huge fan however, the past two times ive been to the Henderson location the tofu has been basically raw and unseasoned. Today was honestly so bad the whole bowl tasted almost sour, i was just so hungry i added more yumyum and called it a day. Since ive left, ive been so nauseous i dont know if its just because the experience was so unpleasant or if something is actually wrong. I was to embarrassed to say anything in person but please do better, vegetarians like cooked and seasoned food too. I wont be returning to this location.

I found out that this place is certified gluten free.. I have Ciliacs Disease. The food is always hot and fresh. I would recommend the steak! And I didn't think I would like potatoes on my rice but I've since changed my mind! Lol. 5 out of 5 on all the locations I've gone to thus far. They are fast and friendly and also have my gluten free snicker-doodle cookies..

Went yesterday afternoon and received very quick service. They were patient with me when I had multiple orders and everything turned out correct. The food was great (all ingredients fresh and warm)! We will definitely be back.

I give up. The recent changes have been tragic. Every ingredient is extremely salty that my spouse and I get a physical reaction to the food now. It cannot compare to any fast food joint or restaurant that uses MSG, that’s how bad it’s gotten.
I’ve eaten here three times since the changes, trying different combinations, and haven’t been able to eat more than half the bowl before I start getting sick.
Before, the food was addicting because it was all balanced, now everything is seasoned with salt, so it’s hard to create a balanced combination that isn’t salty to the point your mouth puckers up and your stomach swells. Somehow, they managed to make the kimchi too salty too. :(
I wouldn’t be surprised if they were instructed to add additional salt to make it more addicting to customers, but if it’s making people ill, it’ll just deter them.
I miss the cucumbers and old kale so much... now my leafy greens are covered in salt. I can never come back, despite this being my go-to for the past five years for delicious and nutritious food. (That’s why I’ve given this location three tries since.)
Not to mention, no matter what combination I’ve tried, it just does NOT taste good. Well, it’s hard to taste anything through the salt anyways, so that makes sense.
It’s gotten to the point where I’d prefer Wendy’s across the street because at least they have options that are less salty. 😭
EVEN THE MISO ISN’T SAFE ANYMORE!!!!!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Usually enjoy Bibibop, but the service was subpar, a d the food was less than fresh, a d portions were the skimpiest ever experienced

They give the bare minimum fast paced to give less for your top doller more for a multimillionaie industry used a app and couldn’t get a bowl like there promotion implied I worked there I know how they cheat people so I left they used leftovers from the night before and serve in the morning
This isn’t reflective of this location specifically but the company as a whole. Seeing as this is the test kitchen, this gets the review. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant I consider a favorite and make trips to Columbus for. The updates on the menu are terrible. You got rid of cucumbers, the GOOD kale (not what there is now), bean sprouts, and red cabbage on top of getting rid of the BEST items of the past, daikon and cauliflower rice. My biggest issue with the updates aren’t necessarily the exact items being gone (although 80% of what I get in my bowl is gone now), but the replacements aren’t even remotely comparable in taste or nutrition value. Bibibop was a favorite for the flavors but also because it was such an amazing place to get a low calorie, veggie packed meal. Now, the new choices of topping are 70+ calories. It would be one thing if you replaced menu items with similar things with maybe different flavor profiles, but to get rid of a cucumber and then offer a chickpea with the flavor of a complete different cuisine is insane. I realize this is in the grand scheme of life NOT a big deal, but it’s wildly disappointing to know that I won’t be coming back to get one of my favorite meals for the foreseeable future. No, I’m not coming in to try the new things either because there is a reason I liked what I like and the new options aren’t it.

Devastated. I’ve loved bibibop for years and always look forward to it when I come back to Columbus. I was so sad to see the menu change, it’s great to try new things but to replace classic Korean flavors (sesame cucumbers) with things that make no sense (curried chickpeas) is outrageous. I usually get a large bowl and take half of it home, I forced my way through half and bowl and threw the rest away today. If you’re testing a new restaurant fine, but don’t mess with perfection.
