Spent 30.00 on food just for the cashier to bag my food up and not secure the lid. Drive 25 mins back to work just for the whole bowl to be spilled out in the bag and all over my car. Lunch hour is over im hungry, lost 30.00, and my car is messed up. Do not eat here you will just run into the same problem as I did today.

The tofu and yellow rice both tasted different. Didn't like the sweet taste the tofu had and the yellow rice had a soapy taste.

Two days in a row I went to this bibibop. Yesterday they were out of potatoes and no one was making them, so I was told I needed to wait 5 minutes. Then when I went to get the miso soup, it was empty. Today I went back because I really wanted the miso soup, I pour it in the cup and am looking for the lids since I got it to go, and they said they ran out of lids for the soup and had no lids in the store. So I had to dump out the soup in the trash can because I couldn’t risk it spilling in my car with no lid. Very disappointed in the experience two days in a row.

I loved the Veggie Noodle Bowl and Chicken Purple Rice Bowl from Bibibop! The food was fresh and tasty. My kids loved the noodles and purple rice. The kimchi was great too. Only thing was the portion size was a bit small, but friendly service made up for it!

Its good but the portions are so small. I got 4 pieces of broccoli & asked for extra which was one more broccoli 😂the staff was lowkey rude its like it pained her to make my bowl. I will not be returning to this location & if they’re all like this, I will not be eating here at alllllll.

Out of several things, asked for double protein didn’t even get the full amount of regular protein. They made sure to charge the double price though. Cashier was really rude. Love Bibibop just won’t ever be coming back to this location.
