My recent Bibibop experience was very poor. The food itself was surprisingly tasteless, and the bigger issue was finding a piece of soft plastic in my meal. The cashier said it was probably from the chicken bag.
What truly made the experience negative was the manager's attitude. He was incredibly unhelpful and rude, at first he suggested a new bowl then offered a $2 off discount for my next visit instead.
I had to push multiple times to receive a refund, and the manager's demeanor suggested I was being unreasonable for expecting one after finding plastic in my food. A refund is the bare minimum, but his complete lack of concern was surprising.
If you eat there, check your food for plastic.

The food is very good, high-quality. Portions are a little small but I get it, costs are going up. They have gotten a little smaller since 2020 but I'm not really blaming this place per se, there may be a limit on how much they can give. The manager, Greg, was nice and to the point, but I know he was super-swamped with customers. Bathroom was dirty, I hope I didn't come across as rude to him but it was an issue and I'm glad he said he'd take care of it. I will still definitely go here, and as promised to him, I told him I'd leave a good, fair review.

I visited Bibibop for lunch on Wednesday with a colleague, and we had a great experience. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious every ingredient tasted high quality and well-prepared. The restaurant had a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a refreshing and enjoyable lunch spot that I’d gladly return to. Highly recommend!

I order delivery always. Half the time the order is missing an item(s). I call them to let them know, they offer to credit my card back but I never get it. This place is horrible.

It was a monday afternoon, i didn’t want to make dinner so i decided to go to bibibop which usually isn’t a bad choice. I walk in and am first met by the death glair Esam. Now this wouldn’t be the end of my experience with Esam. I first ask for extra noddles, he then replies “of course” and continues to give me not even one serving. Then ask for extra broccoli and he thinks that 6 pieces of broccoli is extra. trying to giving him a chance i ask for extra extra egg and tell him to “cover the top with egg” he then tries his best to sprinkle the top with the smallest amount and when i ask for more he sprinkles another very small pinch in egg. Now if i ever go back and I see Esam working i will simply drive to chipotle across the street and i know they will give me the portions i ask for. Esam also seemed to be a manager so he is no rookie to the job, so when someone asks for extra of something that isn’t an up charge then you should give them the amount they want. I have never had any problems with any other Bibibop employees other than Esam.
