I’ve order here multiple times, the chicken wings, pork chops, ribs tips, it was all good, however today was really disappointing, I’m at work order the Spaghetti dinner and it was the large portion, for one I wouldn’t call that a large portion and as they say where’s the meat? But what made me had to close the container and go down the street and get fast food was it tasted like they put a cup of sugar on it. That was so disappointing, I will never order that again, you guy need to get that together, who puts sugar in their spaghetti ti make it taste like a damn desert

Disrespectful staff, terrible food, they cook in a dirty environment there was flies everywhere they don't know how to talk to customers, I brought my dog in and they threw a fit even though he had a leash on, if I could rate it -10 stars I would, do not recommend

My dining experience at Big Mal’s was excellent! I got the chicken & fries for lunch and a 2-piece fish dinner. My sides of potato salad and yams were my favorite. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the free samples too.

I was landscaping next door and met the owner and two of the cooks. They were Amazing, Respectful and kind hearted people. So for lunch I got 15 wings and fries. Let me tell you these are the best wings hands down I've ever had. I will be back tommrow with my wife to try them ribs. Roosters, wings ect ,buffalo wild wings dont have nothing on Big mals. The restaurant was clean the staff were incredibly friendly and respectful. It was truly an amazing experience. What ever big mal is doing he's doing it right. If i could Id give 10 stars. Keep running it back you guys. Hats off to the entire team.

This was my 2nd time patronizing and I should have went somewhere else due to the 1st experience.. Like the 1st time, you got the cashier eating fries while ringing in customers, which is NOT good customer service at all... You could tell that the ribs were from the previous day or days before because the meat was hard but the gristle was chewy (overcooked).. Too much bbq sauce which covers up the flavor of the meat.. Mac & cheese was a 0 on scale of 0-10, due to noodles being overcooked.. Greens didn't have a taste of turkey and suppose to be cooled with turkey meat.. Overall the yams & tropical kool aide was the best out of the whole meal for $32.. I give everyone a chance at least once.. I gave Mal's a chance twice and will never buy food from here again BUT may come for the kool aide ONLY cause it was ?

I was hoping they were as good as turkey tips that I have gotten from other places but I was greatly disappointed in these. The fish, mac and cheese, greens, and yams were all GREAT! I ate there today and the food tasted like home. I even gave the lady a hug when I was done. The fried whiting was perfect, the mac and cheese was outstanding, and the greens tasted like Thanksgiving. The carrot cake was masterful. DEFINITELY going back.

Never again will I get food from here! The rib tips I ordered were hard and some of them didn't even have any meat on it! I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner and he PROMISED me that he would make it right by sending me a new order. I took his word for it.
Today (the next day) he wouldn't even talk to me! Instead, I spoke to a very rude woman on the phone who told me that he wouldn't do it anymore. She was very nasty to me and rude over the phone and I heard the owner yelling at her in the background. Please don't lie to your costumers.
