BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We had reservations at 3:00 on Easter. We got seated at 4:15. They did compensate us with some money off our bill once we asked about it. The food was awful.

Made reservations had to 45 minutes after reservation time host was very rude some food was old and forgot food items we had ordered will not be returning

Mediocre service and most of the food was room temperature. For the price none of our food was very good. We waited quite awhile to be greeted and it took a long time even to get drinks and even longer to get our food. We watched several tables be taken care of that arrive way after us before we even got our order taken. I don't think we would return to this location in the future. It was my son's birthday and it was pretty disappointing.

The server was new, one week on the job and was very confused and overwhelmed. Although our entree was correct, the food for our table came out 10+ minutes apart. The drinks and pizooki order was wrong. No manager ever came over to ask how the service was despite walking around the entire nearly 2hr meal. The waitress was over her head and started to get angry by our frustration. The bathroom was dirty and one stall was nearly out of toilet paper. Pretty disappointed in this BJs experience.

We had a very personable server today named Suzanne. We enjoyed her very much. We loved her personality and care. The lunch specials are always great and the price is very very reasonable. We will be back.

I wish that BJ's would change the honey chicken salad. The chicken is overcooked and dry with too much breading on it. And the lettuce, bean shredded instead of cut leaf makes it get soggy very quickly.

Reservations for 6:30 wasn't seated for 1:45 later, exclamation was weird at full capacity!!

Stopped in here on a Saturday evening. We were told it would be about a 30 minutes wait but were seated after about a minute. The service was slow but they were busy. The prime rib was good and the cookies were what you would expect. My girlfriend ordered an expresso martini and claims it was the worst one she ever drank.

Waited for 30 mins and the bartender at the Bar counter never cared to when hand over the menu even though he served people that came after me. He was a complete racist. People like him must be fired. Bullshit. Wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing. New didn't even give me a menu. Absolute garbage of a restaurant and staff. Please avoid this place at any cost

I have never left a bad Google review in my lifetime. BUT, this establishment has taken a huge plummet. My husband and I have frequently come to BJ’s for date nite dinner/drinks. We were at the Easton location just a year ago and it was amazing! On 12/21/24 we went to BJ’s brewhouse at Easton and we were both blown away at the bad service, lack of customer service, and overall uncomfortable atmosphere. We were never even given silverware! My vodka/7 was green. I was told, “oops, there is Mountain Dew in the soda line, hope that’s okay!?” This was all while our servers boy toy was groping her from behind while she took our order. I sure hope the corporate office can get this place back to how it used to be. :( :( :(

We ordered food through an app and in my defense I did get this restaurant confused with another one. But by reviews, descriptions I thought why not. Nothing but sadness witht he build your own pizza I thought the tomato base ment sauce not just straight tomato which my son doesn't like. His pizza had cheese some cut up tomato and no sauce. He did it but hes definitely had better especially for the price. Now the loaded deep dish nachos. Very sad and disappointing. We did have to skip the qasuo for possible wheat base based on the other items listed to include. The only decent topping was the jalapeños. My husband added extra cheese and made a cheese sauce and that just made them tolerable. Honestly my 2nd time eating food from here and I really feel there won't be a 3rd.
