Cold outside so drafts from the doors. The revolving door should be ONLY option except for the handicapped when temps are below freezing. One of pazookies was overcooked
It was cold, we were sitting by the windows and the restaurant was not full, so I'm thinking maybe it would have been more comfortable as the evening went on
I put in a reservation earlier that day for 6 adults and 2 kids. When we got there our table wasn't ready and there were maybe 2 families in the entire restaurant. It was so dark there that we had to get cell phones out to look at the menu. The waitress did a fine job but the food was mediocre. My kids ordered the half rack of ribs and sirloin steak combo to split. When the food came out the steak had a BBQ sauce on it that everyone at the table found inedible and I can eat anything. The smash burger and fries were delicious but two of my family members ordered soup and they said it was cold. We were there between 5:30/6pm and there was maybe 7 tables in the entire place with people sitting at them.
My daughter and I were shopping and decided to change our reservation from another restaurant favorite to BJ's. Great choice and awesome food. We're wanted to eat light and ordered the appetizer sampler, pot stickers and a salad. More food than expected but an outstanding decision. We were both full but wanted to try the pazookie. The waitress recommended the salted Caramel. We ate it in under 4 minutes. My daughter posted it to a friend because we were completely silent and laughing at how fast we ate it. Great job guys! We'll be back soon. So many other items to try.
We waited a little, but only because they were providing us a more comfortable area than originally planned. It was very thoughtful! It was a very enjoyable evening.
Their prime rib au just is too spicy and salty. It actual ruins the otherwise delicious dish
We had a new server. He was up front about being new. He did a great job even if it to a bit longer. Salad was good. Espresso martini was very good.
The food and wait staff were excellent. It's very noisy and somewhat to be expected with multiple TVs tuned to sporting events.
I ordered the calamari, and it was OVER, OVER cooked, and the portion was so small for the price! I also ordered the Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba Noodles., the chicken was hard as a brick, and I pushed the chicken to the side to eat the noodles, only to count 6 pieces not counting the 2 small pieces that I ate. The manger took these items off of my bill. However, I go out to eat to enjoy my meal, not to go home hungry!
We did still have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table even with a reservation as the hostess stated it didn't matter, she still had no open tables. There was a large section of open 2 person tables, but they weren't sitting anyone there for some reason. Other than that, dinner was great

had poor service from our server. it was a busy night but didn't need to wait an hour for two waters. we had to ask 4 separate times. our waitress stopped by our table a total of two times and never checked in on us. the only thing she was quick with was the check
the service was very good and the steak tritip with chicken was tender and very tasty. However, the mixed vegetables were overcooked and the portion was small. I complained to the server and was told that they were crispy because the veggies are cooked in the pizza oven. I was at the Tuttle location in Columbus Ohio today at 6:50PM.
Our server Akira was amazing. I was able to get a table for 10 relatively easy. Was not rushed. I will be back.
Absolutely horrible. We were there two and a half hours. Food came out cold. Some of our drinks didn't come out and when we asked it was another 10mins before it came (iced tea and a cider- which came out warm because it had been sitting at bar for 15). Appetizer not cooked thoroughly and was missing cheese (spinach and artichoke), bacon on cheeseburger was raw. Bun on chicken sandwich was soaked as if a drink spilled on it. Cooked bacon and brought back out on a plate because we were told it would take too long to remake the entire burger. Manager came to table and made excuses for why (kitchen busy, homecoming) however we saw our server dancing and taking with her table of friends. He told us he would take care of the table then our server brought over a $96 check with everything still on the check except the burger and nachos (which was delicious and we had no problem with). Won't be back. At least not to Easton location.
Always great, one of our favorites.
