I ordered the calamari, and it was OVER, OVER cooked, and the portion was so small for the price! I also ordered the Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba Noodles., the chicken was hard as a brick, and I pushed the chicken to the side to eat the noodles, only to count 6 pieces not counting the 2 small pieces that I ate. The manger took these items off of my bill. However, I go out to eat to enjoy my meal, not to go home hungry!

We did still have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table even with a reservation as the hostess stated it didn't matter, she still had no open tables. There was a large section of open 2 person tables, but they weren't sitting anyone there for some reason. Other than that, dinner was great

had poor service from our server. it was a busy night but didn't need to wait an hour for two waters. we had to ask 4 separate times. our waitress stopped by our table a total of two times and never checked in on us. the only thing she was quick with was the check

the service was very good and the steak tritip with chicken was tender and very tasty. However, the mixed vegetables were overcooked and the portion was small. I complained to the server and was told that they were crispy because the veggies are cooked in the pizza oven. I was at the Tuttle location in Columbus Ohio today at 6:50PM.

Our server Akira was amazing. I was able to get a table for 10 relatively easy. Was not rushed. I will be back.

Absolutely horrible. We were there two and a half hours. Food came out cold. Some of our drinks didn't come out and when we asked it was another 10mins before it came (iced tea and a cider- which came out warm because it had been sitting at bar for 15). Appetizer not cooked thoroughly and was missing cheese (spinach and artichoke), bacon on cheeseburger was raw. Bun on chicken sandwich was soaked as if a drink spilled on it. Cooked bacon and brought back out on a plate because we were told it would take too long to remake the entire burger. Manager came to table and made excuses for why (kitchen busy, homecoming) however we saw our server dancing and taking with her table of friends. He told us he would take care of the table then our server brought over a $96 check with everything still on the check except the burger and nachos (which was delicious and we had no problem with). Won't be back. At least not to Easton location.

We had a party of 10 for our Monthly Family Outing. First off compliments to the Kitchen Staff! The food was delicious. A few of us got the Prime Rib 3 course meal and it was perfect. Our waitress was the best. She did great with taking our orders and waiting on us. When the bill came our tables orders were mixed up with another table or carry out/ call ahead. We waited for almost an hour while our waitress did her best to fix the mistake. Management came to our table to thank us for our patience however he did not help her sort out the miss up. She worked hard to sort it out on her own with no help. I do not remember her name or I would recognize her in my review. Lack of help from the manager is the reason for the lack of excellent overall review. Thank you again to our waitress.

Our server Lyra made the whole experience. She was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Would ask to sit in her section again if we visit again. Food and drinks were good and the s’mores pizookie was enjoyed.

Appetizer garlic shrimp dip was wonderful. Mediterranean Chicken Pita was good as well. Not so good was the clam chowder and the fish and chips. Clam chowder was lukewarm and chewy. Fish was overcooked and batter was soaked in oil. Fries were good, though. I thought standard server practice was to remove used empty glasses and appetizer dishes once the meal was served. Apparently not. All empty dirty dishes and glasses remained on the table throughout. Good beer selection. Menus and chairs were sticky, as if wiped with the same dirty rag. Would return for beers, but not another meal here. Disappointing.

I like this place, and maybe this was an off night. I will go back, but my four friends likely will not. * The food took a very long time to get. * The pizza was cold and had to be reheated. * Blue cheese was left off one of the steaks and brought out in a cup... but it should have been melted on the steak. * French fries were forgotten and the server had to go back and get them. * A friend ordered a beer from the menu, and no one at the bar had even heard of it (huh?) They were very busy, and probably should not have seated more customers than they could handle.

Even though our server did her best and was attentive to our group of 8 the food wasn't good. One person had to return the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl due to the bread tasting off and the soup being a gloppy mess. The food was brought out at varying times with a long wait(at least 20 minutes) in between some food. The restaurant was not crowded. The quality of the food itself was mediocre. We will not be returning.

I was looking for a casual restaurant to meet with some coworkers to visit with after work (I am not from the area). BJs was recommended to me and it was the perfect place !

It was a good experience. Noisy is the only issue. Great selection, great food, slightly above average price tag for taking a daily out to an enjoyable dinner.
