If someone makes a reservation they are telling you they want to spend money at your restaurant at that time. Then when they show up and get told it was pushed 2 to 3 hours because the bonehead manager took in a party of 40 and another of 30 you are telling them you do not want their business. Tonight that happened and I watched at least 50 people come in with a reservation and walk right back out. Baker potato was not done, sour butter and salad was not fresh by no means. I will not go back
Absolutely do not care about customer. Gave me old food dried up asparagus and a prime rib that had a really funny (sour)taste. Also smashed my food in one tiny (prime rib dinner) and intentionally put a ridiculous about of seasoning never again this was the first and last time I wish I could leave a video of what I received
