Great value with lots of specials. There are a variety of options for people with dietary restrictions.

Asked for booth when reserved - seated at a table. Asked for extra lemon with tea - didn't get it. Ordered chicken club for $17.00 and got very little chicken, no lettuce and limp bacon when I ordered it extra crispy. Wendy's is a lot better for $5. Rice pilaf was inedible being starchy and sweet! Other party ordered grilled salmon for $25 and it came mushy and covered in butter sauce that was not in the description - horrible. 10 minutes to get a second on iced tea and dirty dishes were never cleared. Not going back to get another bad experience.

we had a party of 11. Half of the food came out and it probably 15 minutes for the rest of the food to come out. was very average.

We dined on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30. While the restaurant was full our food for a table of 6 took almost 40 minutes. While I'm awake kitchens get busy this was just completely unacceptable not to mention the burger I ordered medium came out well done. What's the point of order a temp if it comes out nuked by the grill? The service was ok but the server just seemed annoyed the tab was getting heavy with drinks and pricier menu items. On the right day this place is great... Saturday was not the case.

Good burgers, good fries. Haven't really had anything bad here. Great service.

Update: had the clam chowder and jambalaya, both were very good and flavorful.

50 minutes wait, even having a reservation

Usually a good experience when I come here, but not today. First off, I was told it would only be a 20 minute wait. 50 minutes later we asked how much longer it would be, and we were told 5 minutes. 25 minutes later we still hadn’t been seated. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we were already invested at that point. The waitress couldn’t have been anymore unfriendly after we waited all that time. I’d leave her a negative tip if I could. Then a different waitress brought the steak to the table with the order ticket just sitting on top of my food (not sanitary). They made a long day feel even longer. They also asked if we need a booster seat and kids menu and we told them yes for them to never bring either.

Ordered wings with a dry seasoning. Wings came out without the seasoning on them but a ramekin on the side. Asked if they could toss them like the should have been. Fifteen minutes minutes later they are brought back out. Not the correct seasoning but but didn't want to wait for a third delivery.
Other than that, the chips and guacamole was served how I asked.
Servers do their best for the customer just to have the cooks prepare it wrong.

Waiter was great, food was basically frozen. We had a party if 10 and every single meal was cold. Called and made a reservation, didn't put us on the list. Got there and waited for 40 min (party of 10 so obviously) then it took an hour to get the food.
Edit: I forgot to mention the manager did take care of the bill so that was nice. Server was not good though. Drinks ran out, forgot food, never checked on us, did nothing after the problem was brought to his attention. So my stars remain the same.

My family and I came there today in the establishment for dinner. The wait time for the food was over maybe an hour and something and once we got our food it was cold. My salad meat was not cooked all the way. I will not be returning.

Honestly really disappointed. I love BJs and have never had a bad experience, however when we came in tonight we sat for 10-15 mins before even getting greeted. Once we got our drinks (another 10 mins) we immediately ordered. The food did come quite quickly, however we did not see our server until we were done with our meals and asked for the bill (and parched). Overall just not very impressed.
