Waitstaff was good Cold sweet potato fries served California Club Sandwich sloppily made & served Restaurant was freezing Music was screaming loud

Food was pretty good. Entrees came out before the appetizer; that was kind of annoying. My entree was missing a side that I had to ask for.

The food here is pretty good - through a bit carb heavy. The portions are large and flavorful. The in-house root beer is great and always served in a frosted mug.

Took a long time to order, when ordered the steak, medium was the only option, like what first time ever hearing that. Will never return for that reason

Are server Eva was highly appreciated. 👏 on top of all at our table, we love it . She greeted us welcoming in and above all she was awesome and nice individual.

Me and my family had a very bad experience at this restaurant. My Son graduated high school and we chose this place to eat. We waited about 25 minutes for food to be ready which is normal it was busy anyway the food comes everything but my son food. Also I asked for a well-done burger and it was bloody red inside so they went to cook my burger over and that took about 15 minutes and my son still doesn’t have his food now we’re all done eating And my son still doesn’t have his food my son unfortunately Had to take his food to go because we had already dined in over an hour and 20 minutes and he still had no food and don’t let me forget that they added an extra meal to our Receipt which they did take off with no problem, but if I wouldn’t of caught it, I would’ve paid for something that I never gotten. Also, they stated that they would give us a free dessert for all of the issues and come to find out if you order their chicken Parm with noodles it comes With a free dessert and that’s the free dessert that they gave us and it came with the meal anyway so this place just was bad and it put a damper in my sons graduation day..

Our service was terrible. I had a reservation and still had to wait for 30 minutes for my table. It was a long delay getting a server to our table. She forgot drink orders, and our food was very delayed. One of our meals was 'ruined' and had to be prepared again so one of us had to wait for their meal while the others went ahead and ate.

Jaeger, our server was absolutely wonderful! Always a great outing! Good food with good family!

My Ahi salad is great. The flavor was a bit strong and could taste better if lighter in sauces. Overall, I like it.

Our waitress was very curt, it ruined the mood in a way. The food was okay, the crispy chicken sandwich needed seasoning. I don’t know if our waitress just had too many tables but she never even came around to check if everything came out okay or if we needed anything (we did but just decided it wasn’t worth it to wait any longer to eat).

Our party of 6 had a wonderful time! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of our orders in a timely fashion. I enjoyed my Strawberry Fields Salad since they could substitute feta cheese for the blue cheese crumbles. My husband had the French Dip, and others in our party had the Thursday specials. Everyone liked their Pizookies. The beer was also good - so many choices! It had been a while since my last visit, but I plan to return soon.

Can’t tell you about the food-after being seated we were never acknowledged. We left-there are too many good places in the area with attentive staff to put up with poor service.

Our server Robert was amazing! He had amazing customer service, was very attentive and really hooked up my husband with the hot sauce 😉 I wish we had this type of service everywhere we went!

Very disappointed with my experience here today. The server got me the wrong pizza and I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for it to come out while everyone had already finished their entrees. When my pizza did come out it was still partially doughy and not enjoyable. Our server was also not around for a decent amount of time to get condiments for the food that did come out. Nothing was done in compensation for the mistake that was made. And what was supposed to be a quick lunch turned into an almost 2 hour experience.

Our waitress was great! Food was also great! Only issues were that I ordered a side salad and another lady ordered soup, and did not come out till after we were already eating our entrees. Our waitress apologized and gave us to go containers per our request.
