We had a table of 22 right when they opened. Patty was amazing and so friendly. She got us all our food quickly and she was fantastic! Really appreciated her attentiveness even though our table was very chaotic.

The server we had did a wonderful job. The food was hot and fresh and made correctly. Very nice experience.

Our waitress was phenomenal! I wish I had taken note of her name but I was catching up with what an old time friend and her husband has been up to. The atmosphere there at the Polaris location really allowed for us to do just that. And our waitress made sure our food and drink came to us just as we described. She was very friendly and personable. We had a great time!

Dinner there was truly foul. We were trying to go to a place nearby and couldn't get in, so went here because we were starving. It was So Bad that it was laughable. We got the fried pickles as a starter - out of a bag and mostly fried outside shell with no pickle at all. Tri-tip steak with shrimp: the steak was hard, anything BUT slow-roasted, and tasteless, with a side of asparagus that were limp, skinny, and over-salted and completely non-eatable. The personal pizza was WORSE than something out of the freezer. At a price point of $80 plus tip - what? Absolutely disgusting. And, for that dollar, can go anywhere nearby for a delightful night out. On the upside: the service was excellent, food was reasonably prompt, and we feel like we got what we should have expected from a parking lot chain. My hunch is that people go here to socialize and not have good food, but still!!! Would never never return.

I just left with my family and friends of ours. We had a party of 8 with three kids, 5 and under. I had the BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our waitress took orders for the kids’ food right away to get them started. While waiting for their food, she surprised us with cups of fresh fruit and goldfish to tide them over. When I asked for jalapeños for my chili and it took over five minutes to get them, she along with the jalapeños, she bright more chili to top off. Everything about this woman was just so incredibly aware of our table. I’ve never felt so seen before while dining out. BJ’s food is always above par, and I’ve never been unhappy, but I can’t experience service like that and not share it!

My Grief Share group decided to meet at the BJ's at Polaris Monday evening for dinner. Atmosphere was good, friendly staff. Food came out quick - all very good.

The lady serving was rude and requires a basic hospitality training to be courteous.

I really enjoyed my experience thanks to Cody. He greeted us with such a friendly smile and made us feel welcomed right away. He was very attentive, checked in at the right times, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His positive energy really stood out and made the meal extra enjoyable. Thank you, Cody! The food was excellent and they were really accommodating. 10/10 experience!

I had the pleasure of being served by Cody, and his service was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive, kind, and professional throughout. Came into eat with my wife to celebrate our anniversary on Sunday. The restaurant was super packed but our server Cody took excellent care of us. He was very helpful with deciding on drinks and appetizers. When we come back we will be requesting him again!

Jager was an awesome, knowledgeable waiter. He was extremely personable and friendly. He helped us with anything additional or out of the ordinary that we would like changed about our order. Check back many times, our drink stayed filled and he was not pushy at all. Great young Eagle Scout!
