BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We all enjoyed our meals. The chicken ceasar salad was superb. The only complaint was that the ladies room smelled like a sewer. We were there 3 months ago and it smelled that way then, too.

Craig was a great server, food was excellent and accommodated a wide variety of dietary needs. A little noisy.

Our server, Patty, was terrific. Two servers called in sick and she was slammed. She was definitely overworked!

Service was very slow, mostly due to the kitchen. Many tables seated after us received their meals before us. We waited a total of 50 minutes for our meals. Food was not hot after the long wait.

Been to several BJs across the country and each location has been great. This location service and food were very good. It is located in nice mall area as well.

Soood outing, good pizza, apps and drinks. Next time will order pizza well done. Staff was great but a little slow. I didn't recall thinking much of the beer in regard to other breweries but was surprised this time around, highlight being the hazy pale, delish.

Food was pretty good. Entrees came out before the appetizer; that was kind of annoying. My entree was missing a side that I had to ask for.

The food here is pretty good - through a bit carb heavy. The portions are large and flavorful. The in-house root beer is great and always served in a frosted mug.

Took a long time to order, when ordered the steak, medium was the only option, like what first time ever hearing that. Will never return for that reason

Are server Eva was highly appreciated. 👏 on top of all at our table, we love it . She greeted us welcoming in and above all she was awesome and nice individual.

Me and my family had a very bad experience at this restaurant. My Son graduated high school and we chose this place to eat. We waited about 25 minutes for food to be ready which is normal it was busy anyway the food comes everything but my son food. Also I asked for a well-done burger and it was bloody red inside so they went to cook my burger over and that took about 15 minutes and my son still doesn’t have his food now we’re all done eating And my son still doesn’t have his food my son unfortunately Had to take his food to go because we had already dined in over an hour and 20 minutes and he still had no food and don’t let me forget that they added an extra meal to our Receipt which they did take off with no problem, but if I wouldn’t of caught it, I would’ve paid for something that I never gotten. Also, they stated that they would give us a free dessert for all of the issues and come to find out if you order their chicken Parm with noodles it comes With a free dessert and that’s the free dessert that they gave us and it came with the meal anyway so this place just was bad and it put a damper in my sons graduation day..

Our service was terrible. I had a reservation and still had to wait for 30 minutes for my table. It was a long delay getting a server to our table. She forgot drink orders, and our food was very delayed. One of our meals was 'ruined' and had to be prepared again so one of us had to wait for their meal while the others went ahead and ate.

Jaeger, our server was absolutely wonderful! Always a great outing! Good food with good family!

My Ahi salad is great. The flavor was a bit strong and could taste better if lighter in sauces. Overall, I like it.
