Wonderful evening at BJ’s at Polaris - such a great selection of food, something for everyone! The service is spectacular and so helpful. We will be returning to this location soon because our experience was so grand🤍

One of our favorite places to eat. Great menu and beer selection. They never disappoint.
Update: they no longer have my favorite dish, their version of Pad Thai. So disappointing! Unfortunately, that will reflect on my desire to go there as one of my top 5. The service was very attentive though!

The food was very delicious once we got it. There were ten of us. Eight of us got our food in about 20 minutes. The other two people had to wait. The rest of us were almost finished by the time they got their food. No one checked on us or told us why it was late. We only got one refill on our drinks. The waitress seemed a bit out of sorts with such a large group. As I said, no complaints on the food, but all of the orders should have been delivered at the same time. I have a degree in hotel/restaurant management so I am very alert and conscious of mistakes like this.

Very polite- extremely busy, food was cold and 1/2 the table didn't get served for 15 minutes after delivery of first side of table.

We finally had a date night and decided to go to dinner and then a movie. We have young kids so getting out is hard. Well I made reservations and we were seated quickly but the hosted service area was not friendly at all. I even had to tell the lady/hostess that we are OK that she can take her time. She was just angry and speaking to herself she seemed frustrated ( however you need to take that frustration to the back room, not at the entry where customers can see it and hear it ) and then the lady that walked us to our seat was not friendly either. I understand it's the day after Christmas and it's probably busy all day but you need to treat each person like it's their first time being there. Customer service is a plus. Now the young waitress she was sweet very kind. Give her props. However, it took over 20 to 25 minutes to get a beer then once we received it it was warm. We decided not to say anything because we weren't for sure if it would come back. The burgers were good. The fries were ok. I think they were mixed with the crispy onions so I felt like I had a lot of onions in my french fries. However, we may or may not come back. It was mediocre, which was sad because the last time I was there was about three years ago and it was exceptional.

BJ's is typically consistent across the board at all their restaurants. We were in town for the holidays and enjoyed their meals.

It was very busy but our lunch took over two hours. Our waitress really did try her best. The food came out lukewarm unfortunately.

Baker potato was not done, sour butter and salad was not fresh by no means. I will not go back

Our waitress was incredible and so kind. We loved the appetizer for the kids. The food was great. We loved it!

We arrived at the perfect time bc it wasn't too crowded yet. Our server was very attentive amd got our food and drink orders and checked back regularly to see if we needed anything. The appetizers and food was really good as were the drinks. Definitely an enjoyable time for a small group dinner.

We loved our experience at BJs Brewhouse. All went well and our waitress was excellent...our only complaint would be that there was a very large catering order that came in exactly when our party of 8 ordered, so our wait to get our food was rather long! Glad we were with great friends and had a lot to catch up on!

Wrong food twice on the same meal - one side had eaten before the other side of the table got too - manger said one thing and did another - waiter said on thing and did another - we (9) wont return
