Very busy Saturday night. Seems to be a problem in the kitchen. We were party of eight. Three of us received half of our order. My clam chowder was warm, but not hot. Same with my husbands Chili. 15 minutes later, my husband and my salad arrived, part of the other orders arrived, and a few more minutes later the remainder was served so that all eight finally had their food. Being busy is not a reason for serving a table piecemeal.

A great experience that might fly under radar. Our family of 4 has been on a BJ Brewhouse kick and it hits the spot. Nice selection of beers as I’ve been sticking and happy with their in house selection. Service has been attentive friendly and excellent. Cody served us last night and was super professional, very friendly and fun, offered all sorts of needed food info/options. Cody kept us on his radar and was very attentive when we needed something. We were highly impressed with his skills and fun attitude. We really enjoyed the food too. The Salmon (cherry sauce) keeps bringing me back. It’s nicely served. Avocado egg roll apps are a must. And again, don’t forget the great beer selection!Vegetarian options: We love the options here and service is more than ready to be helpful on this.Dietary restrictions: The veggie burger substitutes hit the spot on any burgerParking: Easy free parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Some of the adult cocktails they’re sure to let us know that they’re kid adaptable w/o alcohol to give the kids a fun experience too.

Ordered a meal online and picked it up from the restaurant, I found out 1 of the 3 items I ordered was missing so I called the restaurant and was told by Taylor, the manager, that he couldn't process a refund that night but would let his staff know to do it first thing in the morning. We'll that was 3 days ago and the charge on my CC went from pending to now processed.So now I'm wondering if the management doesn't communicate to their staff and follow up on situations like this or if it was done intentionally. Either way, I highly recommend avoiding this location for takeout as I had no issues with any other restaurants while in town for work this week.

Spectacular place to eat. This visit was with a large party of friends and co-workers. Our waitress Patty was amazing, she handled our orders like a champ, kept our drinks Topped off without having to ask, she always knew and remembered what we were drinking as she brought us refills, never had to be reminded.The atmosphere here is warming and inviting. The menu has great choices, daily specials that won't disappoint.The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty, met, and exceeded my expectations.Most of the time, I avoid dessert, but I could not resist the famous Pizookie after hearing it mentioned several times in the crowd, then seeing it in its own category in the menu. Between our crowd, several of these grand desserts were ordered split up and shared amongst us all. Needless to say, most of us got a sample from almost every Pizookie on the menu.All of us left happy, constantly talking about how good it was, what we would have next, and the Pizookie we would eat next. For all of us, it was our very first visit, sadly only here for a week, and eager to return.
