Great place, atmosphere, and variety. The cheese monger(in pic, please remove or notify if not allowed) that helped me was very helpful, polite, and patient with my questions. We have jungle jims right next to us, but not sure if even they have raw milk cheeses and such a variety of locally sourced. Very willing to let your try, which is great when they have so many different varieties(like 3 different styles of Emmental). Outside of ricotta, got what I needed for a nice homemade lasagna(burrata and pecorino) that was great for my first time making homemade pasta sheets. Cannot wait to revisit.

I was looking for a particular Cheese spread that they make on occasion called Fromage Fort And gave my number 2 an associate and there a couple months ago. I later received a text message when they had it back in stock not thinking I would ever hear from them again and Sure enough they texted me when when they had it and set one aside for me!

Let me start by saying that the mozzarella cheese is the best cheese that you will ever eat. I bring it to room temperature and slice it to layer with my heirloom tomatoes, basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction. To die for. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Check this creamery out, you will be glad that you did!
Reviewing the Valentine' s Cheese Box for Two I found this online and thought it would be a hit at my Galentine's Day gathering. I ordered online, followed up with a phone call to make sure I didn't accidently select the wrong pick up date and they were friendly and confirmed my order. I got an email reminder and my order was ready as promised. What a beautiful presentation and the cheese! AND THE SALAMI ROSE?! From their site - Featured Cheeses: Bankston, Bloomy Rind Brie Style, Ohio Shenanigans, Cave Aged Tomme, Ohio Alp Blossom, Edible Flower Rind Alpine Style, Germany. The Flower Rind was by far the best, but also the accompanying honey, crackers and fruits (pear, grapes, raspberries) made this extra special. NOT A BAD ITEM IN THE BEAUTIFUL BOX. This was the hit of the gathering. I will be back, they have attentive and friendly staff that are knowledgeable about pairings, and this box was fantastic.

While strolling through the North Market, waiting for my breakfast, I decided to browse around Black Radish Creamery. I'm a big cheese fan but I generally dabble with the $3-5 bin at Kroger. Yeah, I cheese on a budget, so sue me. Along with a plethora of cheddars, gouda, brie, and other Ohio made cheeses, you'll also find what I like to call, cheese accessories. They carry North Country Charcuterie products (another local biz), crackers, jams, anything you'd likely pair with a good cheese. After looking around a bit, I finally asked the staff about their favorite picks. They shared what they liked, along with customer favorites, and eventually I found one that I knew I would enjoy. I had mentioned enjoying a goat gouda and they shiftly directed me to one they had in stock. I purchased that along with some preserves and a seasonal Circle kombucha that I've had trouble finding around town. I tried my goodies once I got home and I was blown away. I will definitely be coming back.

I placed an order for caviar for a gift on the 17th. Pick up was arranged for the 23rd. I placed the order first via phone and then finalized via text, so the store had my phone number. The 23rd arrives and I go to pick up my order. I arrive and it is not ready. They do not even have the caviar. They tell me I can come back tomorrow for the caviar and take the cheese tray today. Unfortunately I am unable to come back so I had to cancel the order. Now I am left scrambling for a gift to replace this one. I am upset with the poor customer service and lack of communication from the store. Either one of two things happened. Either they forgot to order the caviar and just told me the shipment was delayed to cover the fact that they forgot to order it. OR the shipment really was delayed and they failed to call me to let me know not to waste a trip in to the store. Either option is poor customer service. I had high hopes for this but after this experience I will not be returning.
