Went in for lunch today (Saturday) with the family, and while the food was good we could not fathom why it is SO COLD! I understand we're in an unusually cold period, but the fact I needed to wear a winter coat and gloves to eat and still see my breath is unbelievable.

This was about an hour or 2 before they closed. But this was awful. Out of the 6 customers there, 4 had to wait over 20 minutes for their bagel order. 3 of them were just wrong and the female employees looked like they didn't care or even wanted to make the order right. The guy was by himself trying to appease everyone, give him 5 stars, he was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience but I didn't see him until we waited over 30 minutes for our order. Once he found out the issues we were having he addressed them, but the 2 female employees who just didn't care that we didn't get our food, or that the order was wrong, it will be hard to confidently go in here and expect to leave satisfied

The older gentlemen doesnt listen. Your order will have to be repeated 6 times and will still be wrong. The speed of service is very slow. For example multi tasking doesnt happen. Because there is no way that anyone should have to wait more than 10mins for 2 toasted bagels and cream cheese.

The egg on my bagel sandwich was inedible due to how undercooked it was. It’s inexcusable. Bagels are bland. The storefront feels like the husk of what Block’s was. Incredibly disappointing.

I feel bad posting this, but I really think the owner should know—because this place has so much potential. I visited for the first time with my family and was genuinely disappointed. The space itself has amazing bones and could be great, but unfortunately, it was very dirty.
Most of the windows and booths were dirty or had dead bees on them. There were also a lot of gnats inside the closed bagel case, which was a bit alarming. Between the booths, the decorative white rocks were covered in dust—since they’re rough, it seems like they can’t really be cleaned properly.
The service itself was good, but I was honestly shocked by how unclean everything was. It looked like the windowsills and booths hadn’t been wiped down in several days (if not longer).
I really love the windows and seating here, and I hope to come back in the future if I hear that things have improved. This place truly has potential!

NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY! They claim they used Blocks recipes, NO, THEY DO NOT, TERRIBLE BAGEL!. It was our first and last time here. After spending a few minutes talking with the guy and saying multiple times the cream cheese we wanted, he still messed it up and put the wrong one on. They are VERY stingy with the toppings. All of our favorite menu items are gone. The flavor or the bagels are totally different than Blocksn they are liars about that!
The everything bagel is a total joke!, look at the picture!!!
Blocks is gone and this place is NO substitute. Dave's Bread Bagels from the store are better!
