Can’t review the food because after waiting for 20 minutes and our server walking past us multiple times we never even received our drinks so we left and ordered a pizza. Worst service ever at a restaurant would have been understandable had they been busy but there was literally maybe 4-5 other tables being served.

Worst Experience. I've been coming to this Bob Evans for about 2 months because I stay at the Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn for Treatment at the James. This was the worse service and food this time. My son and I sat there for 30 mins to get a Turkey Club Sandwich and a 3 Course Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Soup and Desert. They didn't bring out his soup first, Buffalo chicken sandwich was cold and he ordered it plain it came with everything but he kept it and took off the veggies. We waited 10 mins for a refill and napkins after stopping the waitress because she never asked. We go to check out and explained we didn't get the dessert and the service then noticed I was upcharged for onion rings when my sandwich came with fries? They gave the dessert to go after I explained everything and I ordered a caramel sundae to go. My son's chocolate cake was hard as a rock didn't look like the picture and I got a tiny cup of ice cream and a cup of whip cream. Pictures attached of what his cake looked like and what it was suppose to look like and my 2 scoop caramel Sunday and no spoons gave us forks. We also watched a whole Family walk out because they sat there with no drinks or anything for 15 mins. Horrible.

We ate dinner here four nights in a row because the location was a short walk from our hotel, and the food was pretty decent. We tried something different each night and everything was good. Service was prompt and friendly. Portions and quality were good for the price. Will definately be back next time we are in Columbus.
