This was probably the nicest Bob Evans I have been in a long time. I have great memories of going down to the original farm as a kid so it's always part of my heart. This place made me feel that way. To have the manager out on the floor talking to us was nice.. Thank you all the crew at this time and restaurant.

This review is about a week overdue but still fresh in my memory. I called to place a carry out order. I was placed on hold for quite some time but once my call was received, I heard a cough and a hang up. When I called back and explained what just happened, instead of a, “Sorry for your experience”, she insisted she kept saying hello but I couldn’t hear her. After going back and forth I finally just said can I place a togo order? When I arrived, I patiently waited at the checkout. I was greeted by Carla who apologized for my wait and was very friendly. Without going into detail, she immediately apologized for my phone experience and made everything right. Unbelievably, the person I was on the phone with realized I was the one on the phone w/her and she too apologized. Had I just received the apology over the phone, I would have thought nothing more of it and I explained that to her as well. We left in a good place and I will return as my grandmother loves their turkey dinners and it’s close by. Thank you again Carla for your understanding of customer service!

Wow, this is the worst Bob Evans. I'm not sure how they remain open with poor food quality, empty tables and sub par staff. Our recent order was terrible. Country fried steak that was mushy, lumpy mashed potatoes, Fried chicken that was ALSO mushy instead of crispy. Looking NOTHING like the dinner bell picture. The employee putting the to go orders could NOT have moved any slower. And customer service politeness is non existent. We will never order there again. CLOSE IT.UPDATE...I have received the SAME FORM RESPONSE that every other BAD REVIEW has gotten. What a joke. If you cared, an actual response back would have been nice. Look at the reviews....they are almost all BAD. And most are the exact same complaints.DO SOMETHING instead of responding with a formula response.

I believe the manager (a female) is the reason this location has very poor service. The wait time is ridiculous dining in and for carryout. Also the steak tips and eggs are HORRIBLE. The steak is dry and very very very very touch and chewy.

Was there on Valentine's Day with my wife. It was 20 minutes before anyone greeted us. There was only one server. Another person came out to help. I think that was the manager. There were only a few tables of people there. It took an hour for us to get our food. They were out of some food that we wanted. This is the last time for this location for us. It has been going downhill for the last couple of years.

Came on a Sunday yes it was busy, but our server was unfriendly and slow and the half of Manager was worse. After waiting hour and half called the manager she was nasty and rude blamed the alow service on the cook. Quote from the manager' we have two cooks one slow one and one fast one and obviously you got the slow one" and we take the orders according how the server puts in the order and our online orders come first. Then on top of all that my daughter found MOLD on the bread, that the manager couldn't explain.

I must be invisible today. This is the second place that I stopped on Main Street and waited over five minutes for a drink or to even be seated. At least this Bob Evans did acknowledge me but then the hostess sat down and started talking to a customer for a few minutes before seating me. It must've been his Michigan hat LMAO I never did get seated and I left.
