I waited 30 minutes and still no food. I then seen a party of 5 people get their food and they were seated 10 minutes after me. The store was not busy and I just got up and walked out. I will never eat at that bod Evans again. I have ate at many BE all over the country and that was first bad experience. This happened march 6, 2025.

Ordered the 5 piece chicken tender meal. The chicken tasted like rubber 🤮! In this day and age to spend that kind of money for bad food is unacceptable!

We eat here often, today was the worst. The server was nice and kind and took good care of us but the food was no good. For 1 the cheesecake we got had a HUGE hair sitting right on top of it, that grossed us out so we didn’t wanna eat the rest of it, the BLT was smothered in mayo when we ordered it with no mayo. Spent over $70 for it to all go into the trash.

Breakfast tacos should be on the kids menu!
Not impressed with the "double" meat breakfast tacos on Bob Evans new menu. Served on Small Cold tortillas. Reminded me of a Lunchable😐. Well, at the coffee was hot.

I waited almost one hour in half. I have seated down and see people that came after me eating before me. That is not right. They did that on purpose.

I placed a to go order with this location at about 3 o'clock in the morning. Came to pick up the order first of all, the order wasn't ready when I arrive. she told me that she was still working on it. And so I asked her a question she walked off and ignored me. she just gave me the worst attitude and I told her I said that's okay, just give me a refund. She basically told me that she was no longer going to help me and refused to give me a refund, started helping the customer behind me and then at that point. Basically blew me off and told me that I would get a refund when her general manager arrived. I'm not sure when that is she has not told me when that is basically she told me she was no longer talking to me. So at this point I don't have my money I don't have my food and I basically have 2 girls who are clearly sisters or either good friends that are refusing to help me in one way or the other. And since both of them are the only 2 that I see in the restaurant that's working, it appears that they have put me in a position to where. I'm not going to get any help or get my money back this morning. She claims that there will be a general manager coming in today. I don't know What time that is? I have worked third shift and have worked all night long. So I'm not sure when I am going to get a refund or when that's going to be taken care of but it's just unfortunate that this is the experience at Bob Evans. I don't ever remember it being quite like this but nonetheless, I am hoping that someone is going to get back with me soon because I am not leaving here until I get some resolved. She just approached me while I was doing my review and told me I was making her uncomfortable because I'm still here she has openly talked about me to her coworkers and guest I heard her using profanity after she got smart with me that's what prompted me to request a refund.

This was such a great experience. Our waitress Sea was amazing and so sweet! She took good care of us and made some amazing recommendations, like the chili... You have to try the sausage chili! Probably the best experience we've ever had at any Bob Evans.

The MOD (shift lead ) who has been with the store for Going on 5 years works with tears in her eyes just about every day doing her job and other people's job on the daily . Who is constantly SHORT STAFF dealing with rude customers when that happens . Please be kind as customers when a restaurant has employees that call off , the managers are just trying to efficiently do their jobs on top of running back and forth doing other jobs in between. . Please mindful .

To begin the service was spectacular, we were attended by a beautiful Lady, her name is VANESSA she was very friendly, the food fresh and the coffee delicious. A perfect place if you want a fresh Creole breakfast.

A friend and I had an hour to kill while our daughters had soccer training at All Star Sports around the corner. We arrived at 9:10 and sat there without our server ever coming by. We flagged down a nearby server, a younger girl, who took our order and gave it to our server. Our server, an older woman, then came out clearly disgruntled with the younger server helping us out, saying she didn't do it right, etc. We finally got coffee after 25 minutes. She didn't put any rush on our order despite her causing a huge delay. Food still had not arrived by the time we had to leave, so we went up and asked for the manager. He apologized and said they were busier than normal (25% full). I explained our issue was from the 20 plus minute wait for our server to even come out on the floor. He wasn't hearing me and again apologized for the them being busier than normal. I told him the food was prepared in a good time (the younger server was about to bring it to us) it was the 20 minute wait for a server to show up and so much as give us coffe that was the issue. He again apologized for being busy and offered to give me the meal to go and comp it, and I agreed. This place won't change because the issues I was explaining were falling on deaf ears. Another couple sat behind us while we were waiting on our food and waited five minutes before I heard them complaining. I explained our situation and they got up and left. This manager allowed two paying customers to leave without purchasing a meal, and he never acknowledged the issue. The place was about 25% full when we arrived, being busy was not the issue, laziness was. To add insult to injury, after picking up my daughter and heading home to finally eat my breakfast, there was a hair in it. This was my last trip to this newly reopened Bob Evans.
