Soup and gravy were cold, biscuits rock hard.Server took drink order then another server took our drink order when said server already took our order server got an attitude with us. Then never saw either server again . So shot glass of water had to be rationed for meal. Then had to flag down hostess to track down someone to get bill 20 minutes later . To many restaurants in Columbus to eat at a dump like Bob Evans

But what Bothered me.one of the men that was with us lost his keys and come back to thr Restaurant to find themRestaurant to find them. He found his keys.But one of the servers said we did not pay our bill That's a lie. Everyone paid their bill. Now, this is the way this restaurant is being run. I will never come back there if this keeps up.

We grabbed the family breakfast to-go from this restaurant, and it was a surprisingly smooth experience. The woman who took our order was very nice and helpful, which made a great first impression. Even better, our food was ready for pickup well before the estimated time, a definite plus for a busy morning. The breakfast itself was exactly what you'd expect from a family-style chain, hitting all the comfort food notes. Overall, if you're a fan of this kind of hearty, no-frills breakfast fare, you'll likely have a good experience here.

Ordered the turkey dinner bell plate to go. One tiny piece of turkey and a tiny scoop of dressing. Paid for the dinner bell plate and got less food than the kid's turkey lurkey meal. Rip off. My husband waited a very long time for the to go order. Usually a better experience.

Walk in early in the morning, A young lad took my order afterwards. I noticed the cook or chef wasnât wearing a hairnet with very long hair⊠I got a pancake sandwich and some home fries after I took a bite. There were long stringy pieces of hair on the food. I havenât eaten Bob Evan since I was a kid around 2004 - 2007⊠probably will never be back again.

I waited 30 minutes and still no food. I then seen a party of 5 people get their food and they were seated 10 minutes after me. The store was not busy and I just got up and walked out. I will never eat at that bod Evans again. I have ate at many BE all over the country and that was first bad experience. This happened march 6, 2025.
