The wait people were extremely friendly & accommodating, as we had friend in wheel-chair. The service was excellent & the food quite tasty & not overly expensive. Highly recommend!

I ordered the PREMIUM Farm House feat for Thanksgiving. I did this last year and it was great. When I got to the restaurant, they had a problem finding my order. After 15 minutes they finally gave me my box. I went home and put in fridge without opening. On Thanksgiving I opened the box to start the meal heating up. The Apple pie looked a little dry but didn't think too much about it. The Pumpkin Pie was totally broken and looked like it had been beaten up. The rolls were totally over baked and hard as could be. I think they were day old rolls. The dressing was nothing but mush. It was gross. After the meal I cut into the apple pie and there was MOLD in the pie. I called the management at the restaurant and told them my complaint. She said that she would credit my account for all those things. I finally get a message and they gave me a credit of a whole $20.00. I paid $164.99!!!!! The management at this location is terrible. I called Corporate to complain and of course they can't do anything about it. It all needs to come from the location itself. Bob Evans has always been good but I am done with them!

A friend and I ate together on Thanksgiving Day between the hours of 2pm-4 pm. From the time her & I , entered, dined, left to checkout, we had amazing service. Our waitress was professional, kind, and took good care of us. The workers were mostly all younger people working on Thanksgiving Day. All of the workers were taking care of & talking with customers asking if people needed things, updated people on orders to go and cashing out. It was amazing, they really were giving their best. Later in the day, had to go to another Bob Evans for take out for a friend, same experience. Fantastic & pleasant day with excellent customer service. So Im giving 6 out 5 stars.
