Waited an hour for food. Staff said 4 waitresses called off but food was what took an hour to come out. This was the first time Ive had an issue with this location.

Our waitress did very well. On the other hand there was another waiter we heard him tell customer that she was an a asshole because she asked where their drinks were. Didn't seem like this restaurant could keep up with being busy on a Sunday.

Judging by the very recent 1 star reviews… sounds like (Bob Evans owner) on south high street needs some management skills. These poor waitresses and staff are running rampant trying to keep up! Let’s not blame the fact staff is low because that’s clear. We gotta stop using that excuse it’s been abused for the past two years since the pandemic. If that’s not the issue then what is it? Get these people some help or next time you can pay me to help them.

Ordered a family size fried chicken dinner it was disgusting , chicken must have bin soaking in salt water for a month lol all you could taste with the chicken was salt it was horrible ! I didn't fill like cooking and I should have just ordered a dam pizza lol

We went to this restaurant on 2/14. Could not get anyone to seat us. Someone finally said give me 2 minutes to clear tables. 20 minutes later we left. That waitress was just talking to people. Only 5 tables had customers and all other tables were empty and clean. The service was horrible

This location is only worth it if you will be dining in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TAKE OUT! Food was cold when I picked it up before the estimated pick up time. Food was missing. Good thing they put names on who bagged your food… Ms. PEGGY COUNT YA DAYS
