I ordered French toast after waiting very long asst manager working as a server , so I had it to go, only I was given pancakes .. I reordered the trio only for the server to pack my pot roast and gravy in an oversized container with the dressing and gravy so when I got home both gravies mashed potatoes and dressing was one big wet clump . uneadible. waste of money and time

The West Broad location rocks. Always staffed well, friendly employees. Was at London location, 3 workers Friday after Thanksgiving. Walked out, sad for them no one wants to work.

Got coffee, eggs, homefries, toast and mixed fruit.

With value pricing I do manage my expectations, but homefries were pale, cold, and bland. Eggs were alright. Everything on the plates was pale - beige meals aren't appetizing. Fellow diner's hashbrowns were white with a beige top - undercooked.

Fruit bowl had hard granny smith apples (which 0% of adults eat) and collapsed blueberries.

Ultimately, even with value pricing, food should be hot and well cooked. Seasoning also helps; this was far more bland and less vivacious than in-patient food at Grant Medical.

Service was nice, walls and menus need cleaning. For price, Waffle House is a far better option for a typical breakfast spread.

They have done nothing but for like the last two or three weeks on the radio and on like YouTube advertise how they brought back the farm boy sandwich which is used to just be a sausage sandwich well now it's sausage egg and cheese and you get hash browns with it so I finally was going to call and order one and I was going to have it delivered through Uber eats because that's the only way you can get it and then I'm told that no they don't offer that anymore it was removed from the menu and I heard it just today that commercial that that was being offered still but then you know you want to have it delivered it's like 13 or $14 for it well then the lady advises me that they have another kind of platter a farm boy platter or something like that where instead of being on a bun it's a on a biscuit and it comes with two sandwiches well if you want that delivered to you through Uber eats it's $20 for two biscuits with an egg and bacon or sausage on a biscuit for $20 it's ridiculous I can go to White Castle and get a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bun or even toast and add an extra egg and an extra piece of sausage on the sandwich and it be under $5 for that and it's cooked fresh and their sausage is very good it has a lot of flavor to it Bob Evans is really going downhill and nothing's being done to correct it

Server (Felicia) was rude to us from the start. She didn't get us any refills and even made a nasty face when I asked her to make me a fresh decaf coffee. The one she gave me tasted bad and was cold. The worst part and the reason I'm writing this review is because in the middle of my dining, she got another table, they where a white couple, and she was very polite to them, got them refills, and made small talk. You could tell the deference between the service we got from the service they received. If your not white I would avoid this place

The good: There was no wait for a table. The food was good & came out quickly. Service was lightning-fast at first. I appreciated that they participated in Restaurant Week.

The not-so-good: The cashier called out to ask if I was there for for carryout & seemed a bit annoyed that I wasn't. There was only one other party dining in. I felt rushed during the entire experience: the server wanted to take my order as soon as I sat down, delivered the meal about a minute after delivering the appetizer, then came back to ask if I was ready for dessert when I still eating the appetizer. After that, he just disappeared until he dropped off the check. I think he was more interested in closing (they closed at 9pm - I left at 8:15pm.) The staff was also yelling back & forth & saying things I didn't need to hear.

I had a similar experience the last time I was here, but I thought it was a fluke. It's almost like this location isn't used to providing service to dine-in customers anymore. I guess I'll find another one.
