Not the best experiences the last 2 times at this location. I had surgery at the center next door and was given the clear to eat so I ordered a county biscuit breakfast to eat. There very little gravy, I didn’t notice until I got home and even then I’m on vocal rest for 3 days so couldn’t even explain this to them. Last time, the manager declined our online order went through and didn’t offer to help problem solve.As a former Bob Evans employee I was disappointed.

Sat in a dirty section for a good 10 minutes and no one came to the table. Not even take a drink order. Kept looking at us as if they didn't want to take a table. We got up and left.

Ghost Sniper

I am a regular customer to this location and every other day I play a call in order. Most of the time Anthony picks up the phone and has amazing patience and is very thorough with taking our order. He is always very kind and makes sure we have the best experience, he offers a water cup if our food isn't ready by the time we arrive and is just very sweet and an amazing young man that cares about his customers.The food is always great, I always order either the grilled chicken dinner bell plate or the slow roasted turkey. Sometimes the slow roasted turkey meal is below standards and I called over a week ago and spoke to Anthony and asked if he could make sure that the turkey was up to standards, and he made sure it was good which it was. It was absolutely perfect!

Just left there, service was horrible. Victoria was rude and dismissive. Food took forever to get to us. She dropped off the water pitcher and left it on the table. She never came back asked how we were doing. Never cleared our plates, took forever to get our ticket. Had to ask manager to ask her to bring it. We said thanks and she never said thanks, have a good day, was just rude.

The waiter had no personality. Didn’t do anything to make this visit enjoyable at all. He brought coffee, not asking if we wanted cream or sugar, brought tea, without a plate to put tea bag on, didn’t ask if I wanted honey, sweetener, nothing. Never checked back on us for refills.Brought cold food to the table, never came back to check on us, the pancakes weren’t cooked well, tasted raw. Never apologized for anything. The whole experience was terrible. I have no idea what kind of manager is at this place… some reorganizing needs to be done. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never visit this location again. My carryout took over an hour. It sat in the window for over 15 mins. The manager who had just come on shift, Danielle, did have it remade, thank you for that.Staff was Extremely rude. That I can deal with, we all have bad days.However, the kitchen staff do not wear gloves. I watched as they scooped food out with their hands, meat especially. I also watched 3 cooks EAT the food before putting it on the plate. I took the remade food, but can't bring myself to eat it. Considering the staff already had some of my food and fingered it all up with their dirty hands. Absolutely horrible experience.
