The food was not what I expected, and it was also underserved. The wait for the food was too long.

Five different servers walked past our table and never stopped to take our order. We watched other tables give their drink orders, receive their drinks, then place their food orders while we were skipped.

Food was good. But I could tell sat in the window for a bit. Server was nice but only came to table to take my order, deliver it and give the bill. It took quite a while, but finally I was able to get a refill on coffee. I don't know if she was working alone or what. Everything else was great and what you would expect from Bob

This Bob Evans has really gone downhill! Our omelets were horrible—overcooked with a very modest amount of veggies. Small portion of hash browns. Biscuits were dry and hard—they tried to hide this by putting some butter on top. (Cutting out food costs too much!) Coffee was weak and consistently lukewarm. Always had to ask for coffee refill—waitress not proactive. It took 40 minutes to get our food—and the restaurant was not packed. (Short staffing!) One positive—pancakes were good. This was not our first disappointing meal here over the last year. So sad—this used to be a good place that we’ve come to for decades.

Went here for my Veterans Day breakfast, even though I go here alot. Food is always hot and service is great. Megan was my server and always on the ball. Wonderful place for any meal 😀

Very good breakfast experience on my visit to Columbus. The staff is friendly and the variety on the menu is very adequate and wide.

The food is very delicious, the eggs, orange juice, pan cakes and toast are great. I would return without hesitation.

I've eaten the Pot Roast Sandwich a couple times a year for years. I tried it today, and it was portioned nicely. The best part is you actually received some gravy and not just a spoonful. This meal was very good. Thank you for a good experience.
