Food took over 45 min to come out for a table of 4. No appetizers or complicated orders. I asked for a water 4 times and finally had to ask a different server to get a water after 50 min. Multiple tables sat down after us and got their food well before we did.

The salads and soups are fantastic. Try the cranberry, pecan, chicken salad with colonial dressing. All ingredients were great. And the chicken noodle soup is always good.

Got tbere ar 10am with no wait. Ordered food at 10:10. At 11am we asked what the status of our food was. Was told by our waiter that there was a large party and our food will be cooked soon.
I couldnt believe it. We finally got our food at 1120. Waiter was ao kind not to take ANYTHING off our bill. I shouldnt have to ask for a discount or a free drink or anything.
We finally got our food and the toast was old and seemed like it was toasted hours ago.
Bob Evans used to be great but that was years ago. Sad to say we wont be going back again.

This place is beyond disgusting. I wentvthere for lunch today. The dining room is filthy. From the carpet to dust in the vents on the walls and all light fixtures. Can you just imagine what the kitchen is like if the dining room is that filthy. All managers servers and kitchen was standing behind the counter laughing instead of cleaning. I will NEVER go back there. I am going to call the Health dept and report this.

Ordered dinner on the app to pick up at 6:30p last night. I arrive there at 6:30p and it wasn't ready. The staff only came over to check on the pickup customers twice in the hour I waited. Then someone came over to help. I showed them my order, then learned they didn't have two of my items I ordered. I then asked to cancel my order, which they granted, and then left. I felt the whole situation was unprofessional and mishandled, and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never return to that location.

Wow, what a wonderful experience—if you love paying for food you’ll never receive. Half my order magically disappeared, and when I reached out, they basically said, “Too bad, not our problem.” Oh, fantastic! I guess I was just supposed to imagine the rest of my meal? Maybe stare at the empty space on the table and pretend I’m full? Absolute clowns. The fact that they screw up an order this badly and then have the nerve to REFUSE re-delivery is honestly laughable. Top-tier incompetence, 10/10 for being completely useless. Never ordering from this joke of a place again. Only giving one star because zero wasn't an option unfortunately

Went to dine in and I was met with a rude host that doesnt like if you ask for booths, a passive aggressive server that doesn't server you because you upset the host??then when you leave because nobody even gave us a drink after the table that was seated behind us got served for their full meal.. it's funny? Then when I went to get my hat that was dropped the same server was seating 2 people in our booth. This place is a joke.

Never got silverware and when asked for silverware our waitress said she was on it and then proceeded to sit around and talk to co workers. Asked another waitress and she was right on it. Luck of the draw for servers I guess.

I don't think it was the servers fault. We waited 40 mins while food sat at the window for 30 mins. Put our order in after being there in less the 5 mins, but still waited forever we just left instead. 11:04 a.m.

About once a year I experience amnesia and forget why I stopped regularly coming here. Then I order my previously beloved Wildfire Chicken Salad, and this is what I get. Missing half the ingredients it comes with and embarrassingly little chicken. I assure you there was also very little lettuce, the container was so light I initially thought I got the wrong thing. Definitely a rip off for the price.
