Please understand as you read this that I was a restaurant manager for over 11 years, so I may be a little harsher than some. When we came into the restaurant, it was in shambles. A sea of dirty booths and tables as the hostess navigated us to one of the few clean tables. When I say dirty, I mean tables that were never pre-bus'd. The cleanliness of the front of the house was definitely not a priority. Manager no where to be found during my entire extended stay. I imagine my server was nice enough by all the casual conversations she had with other guests while not having the attention span to notice the empty glasses on our table or our food in the window, which I had a perfect view. Between a slow cook and an absent-minded server, our food came to the table approximately 15 to 20 minutes after we placed our order, which is ideal for breakfast plates in a non-crowded store. Our food was warm at best, our country fries were double fried, probably to reheat an older batch. I could tell because the little burnt pieces that should be crunchy were soft and glazed with fryer oil. The sausage patty on my biscuit was overcooked and dry. My sausage gravy was cold and dark in color. When our food was delivered, we asked for extra napkins and got them 10 minutes later towards the end of the meal. They were placed on the table to my left as she reached over my shoulder using my "rickety" chair for support. Not a positive experience, probably will not go back.

I brought my daughter for lunch on Sunday. She is using a knee scooter because she has a broken ankle. It was easy to get in and out of the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Another customer helped me put the knee scooter in my vehicle when we left. Nice day!

Breakfast was very good as always. I was surprised because I ordered hot tea and the tea bag was Kroger brand. It was good. I guess the days of having Twining tea are gone.

Ordered takeout family salad for $30. Was half full and we had to vomit after eating. Not sure if didn’t clean lettuce or what, but food poisoned us.

We went here on a cold and snowy night. I didn't have high expectations given the weather. The service was excellent and the food was surprisingly good. I mean it's always good at Bob's, but seemed better than I remember.

Great salads. My favorite is the South Western salad with grilled chicken. The dressing is great. I'm always buying the colonial dressing.

Although the service was good, the food was just ok. Some of the items previously on their menu are also no longer available...

Ordered the Christmas Farmhouse Feast dinner. Everything was perfect. I also want to say that the turkey breast was the best I’ve ever had! Thanks for a great meal! ?
