I typically love Bob Evans restaurants, but today's experience wasn't the norm. I ordered a bowl of sausage gravy with biscuits, and the gravy was barely warmer than room temperature. I also noticed that the wait staff assigned to my table looked very sloppy with unkempt clothing i.e shirt neck considerably stretched out and general dirty appearance. Definitely not the professional standard I am used to seeing at Bob Evans restaurants.

I’ve never walked out of a meal before this, server named Tariana was beyond unprofessional. Made me so uncomfortable by talking about my partner and I because I asked for the cheese and mayonnaise that was supposed to be on the sandwich to begin with. The manager on duty assured us the situation would be handled, but it was truly such a childish experience. If someone asking you for the items that should have come with the meal anyway bothers you, then you really should NOT be working with the public. People ask for a lot wilder things. To be shouting so loudly that the entire dining room hears you is just embarrassing. Do better in your hiring process please.
