It is a Bob Evans, nothing more or less. Our waitress was super nice. That said, for how feel people were there at the time we arrived, there was too little attention paid to our table. It almost felt like they were upset another pair of customers arrived (it was 45 min before closing, we were easily done before they closed)

Ordered a family mashed potatoes and gravy. Received old brown potato’s and liquid separated gravy. When I returned to the store, no apology. The manager a dirty blonde hair lady with glasses was rude, had an attitude, very much clearly did not care. Attempted to contact corporate and the representatives do not exist, no return call cause you can only leave a voicemail not speak to a live person.

My guest found a hair under her bacon. The funny thing is my first was wearing a hair covering and the hair was definitely very long. In addition, I asked for scrambled eggs and received eggs that looked like shredded paper. I am a southern based and scrambled eggs look nothing like I am accustomed to eating. Otherwise, the rest of my meal was fine.

Got seated quickly. Drink and food ordered quickly for 3 kids and 2 adults. However took an hour to get food when there were 4 other tables. Had to ask for my salad, and syrup for kids food. Had to ask for drink refill and then for kids sundaes and ask again for the bill. The wait for food wasn't great nor was having ask for stuff. Really disappointed. The food was good but not hot. Only warm.

Deb our server was great! Food came out timely...coffee right away. Great service and food.
Is it the best food ever ? No. Is it close to home, with low prices, and a dependable quality … yes. It’s not my favorite but it does the job and it’s good for every now and then. I also find it’s usually not as busy as some of the surrounding bob Evans’s in this area.

Normally great but the last couple times I've been there its been a 20 minute wait time and its 11:56 and nobody is here but us and employees and a couple other customers that are already been seated. We where the only ones in the waiting room too. This kinda harmed their reputation for me because it used ti be a 2 minute wait even during lunch rush. Truly step up the game to back where you guys used to be.
