My Family and I have eaten at Bon Evan’s once a week for the last 6 months and I loved every experience until this one!!! We usually go in the early afternoon. Last night we went in the evening and the MANAGER was absolutely the rudest human being I have ever met! We sat at our usual table and there was a reason we always sit there it was for my special needs child and when we put our seating arrangement together she came over and with an attitude said we couldn’t sit like that. I told her that the high chair is always like that and we eat here all the time and she got continued with a bad attitude, I then did what she asked and my children cried almost the whole time we were there. When she brought our drinks she tossed straws onto the table which was also upsetting. Then on top of all that we waited a very long time for our food to come out with only three other people in the location. When the food came out the fries and Mac and cheese were cold and the plates were hot everything felt microwaved!!! I have never been more dissatisfied at Bob Evan’s on Hilliard Rome Rd until now! With only Three people In the restaurant there was no reason to act like that and coming from the MANAGER there was no one to express my frustrations to!!!Kid-friendliness: I feel this interaction was def not kid friendly. The customer was not put first and the kids were not taken into account.

It's hit or miss with this location. I believe their service is subpar at bestI waited 45 minutes with my children for food after waiting 10 min for a server. Oh, and the best part was that there were only 2 other people in this location eating at that time so yeah very sad. I did not say anything or get upset bc my children came first and they were hungry. But if I were management I would most definitely look into this location for service issues... Oh, and I forgot they also on top of all of that forgot my kid's cookies and ice cream ? So good job Bob ? ?

I haven’t eaten in a Bob Evans in awhile but my family and I stopped in for dinner to give it another try and even though there was only one server, it didn’t seem like it. The hostess and server (Riley) was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and pleasant. This experience will make me want to return to this location again. If you’ve stayed away , it’s time to come back!
Wife and I came in 6:00 Sunday night, slow service to even get sat! When we did get sat, it was at least 5 mins before being greeted. We ordered everything at once drinks and dinner. We never got our drinks. When our food came we asked about the drinks and was given attitude from the waitress about a lot of take outs and whatever. The food was burnt and gross! We decided to just leave, don’t go here! It’s trashy and under staffed!
