Born and raised in the south and while this doesn't have the full bojangles menu, what it does offer is still damn good. Chicken tenders taste like bojangles, cajun fries taste like bonagles, BISCUIT TASTES LIKE BOJANGLES. And they also have cheerwine!!! I also got a boberry biscuit and it taste the same as it does in the south!!! Friendly staff and quick service. Now I do hope they will eventually expand to the full menu of a regular bojangles, but what they offer tasted exactly what I expect when I am visiting family in the south.

I live Bojangles. I'm happy they are here in Ohio. I drove from Dayton area just for chicken. When I lived in the Atlanta area, Bojangles was my favorite chicken place. I ordered the 12-piece boneless with 2 sides for $11.99. I used my military discount.

Amelia was fantastic in taking care of my family and for getting the order done perfectly. She kept the place clean, was very friendly with me and my family. I never felt so welcomed to a restaurant.
The food was pretty good too! Especially the biscuits and tenders.
I plan to come back here next time I visit Columbus.
Finally made the 30 minute drive to get a steak biscuit this morning. I was very impressed with customer service at this place! The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was fast, accurate and tasty. And I was so excited to find that they have Cheerwine in their soda machine!! (Cheerwine from the fountain is the best!) My only complaint is that they are not in my neighborhood. 😄

This was my first experience at this Bojangles location and it certainly won't be my last! Having not had Bojanlges since I was a kid, I was so excited to come & have breakfast! I had waited about 15mins, realized people who ordered after me were served and after letting someone know, they got my order out so fast. I wasn't even upset with my wait time but the way they responded so promptly, and even through in a bo-berry biscuit for my wait, it made for an even better experience than what I was hoping for. Everything was so hot, fresh, & delicious! The restaurant was clean, the staff were so friendly & attentive, even the managers were on their game. Best food service experience I've had in a long time!

This is good reliable grub! I go more often than I should because of the delicious breakfast menu! The staff are always so kind and personable while always managing to work efficiently to provide my meal in no time! Do yourself a favor and visit the only Bojangles in Columbus! You won’t regret it :)

First time visitor to Bojangles. The food and service were really good. Not sure why I never ate here before. Maybe it's because there are no mailers or coupons that come to the house. The food came right from the fryer...just how I like it. French fries were crispy with the right amount of seasoning (I don't like spicy hot) and the chicken was tender. Love the large size dipping sauce containers, too. Soda and tea offerings were good. They had at least 3 diet options. Breakfast items are served until 2 pm each day. Their biscuits were amazing. I tried a sample of their sausage gravy. I'll get that next time. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. The only thing they missed was designating someone to wipe down the tables. We had to clean our own table, and no one cleaned tables during the time we ate. Overall, a definitely good choice for fast food.
