Boston Market is great when they have them in the area. However, the company did a great disservice when they closed all stores in Cincinnati and Columbus. Not good for the customers in those areas!
I rated a three not because Boston Market is horrible. The food was good, but everything has to be great for me to rate five stars. Items on the menu are priced high. I don't feel you get the right amount of food for the price you pay. Other than the prices, I had a good experience overall.
I went today, 7/17/22 and the blonde haired guy at the window drive through was an absolute gem, upscale sales, very welcoming and just delivered great service. This was at the W. Broad Street location. He is a keeper and the food is very good.
