Brass Eye

Had to find a server after waiting 15-20 minutes then was told our server had to go home. The server that had to go home waited on the table next to us the entire time. Service was still slow, when our food arrived one person got wings, the first wing was raw. The manager proceeded to tell us the process to try and convince us it was not raw. We had the food in front of him with blood around the bone. Very disappointed.

Service was ok & portions are small, particularly for the price. Atmosphere is nice, probably a good place for happy hour when you don't want to go to a cheap place with the commoners. Outside decor & set up was really nice.

Made a standard reservation for a birthday and was seated at a “table” of two couches and a small coffee table for 5 people. After asking we were able to move to a normal table so that we could be more comfortable eating dinner. Server was very nice however service was extremely slow and out food took over an hour to come out. Food was underwhelming compared to what we paid for it. Would recommend for the ambiance and cocktails but definitely not the food or service.

The fire didn't work - they ran out of propane. Ran out of water glasses and had to ask multiple times about our order. Hospitality was nice but they could do better if it gets busy.

Just a casual night out with the girls. The server was super nice and attentive but also allowed time for us girls to have conversation without feeling like we were being interrupted. Food was great! the shrimp toast was the highlight of the night. Drinks were also good and honestly everything was decently priced there. Atmosphere was great, nice and chill. Overall would recommend coming and will be coming again!

I stayed at the Junto for several nights and ate twice at the Brass Eye, including with a large group. The service from Violet was warm and the food is fresh with some fun twists!
