Best fast casual type of restaurant you'll find anywhere but at some point there needs to be a conversation about some of the staff at the short north location... almost every time I go I have an experience so odd it feels like I am getting pranked by a hidden camera. If someone were to tell me they're testing AI robots that work off a limited script I would understand, and also feel better about robots taking human facing jobs. Foods still fantastic and won't impact me from going at least once a week but the robo staff experience has happened too many times to not start the conversation about getting some humans back behind the counter slinging the best food in town.

Food is good, fresh and a great option if vegan/vegetarian. Be mindful and speak up when building your order. They like to be really stingy at this location. I’m a vegetarian, as well as a weekly customer, and I usually request extra veggies. The girl who did my bowl today seemed young and new and did not want to give me more than 4 pieces of cucumber on a bowl that’s $13+ dollars. They also skipped my order of falafel and gave my entire order away and served 10 other people with ease while I was ignored and forgotten about. Very disappointing in the lack of awareness and even distribution of customer service at this location. These restaurants throw away pounds of food each night and act stingy to its paying customers with regular meal portions and request.
I want to say this is a much better, perfect really, Cava or Chipotle, but that would be an injustice. Got a salad bowl with hummus, brisket, every vegetable option, feta and special & red pepper sauces on the side. Every ingredient tasted fantastic. Well done!

I love brassica so much. Go to place anytime. Best Mediterranean foods. Their Falafels are very crispy and made fresh. Hummus Bowl is a must. Fried onions and pita chips as toppings are perks!! I can die for their pickled cucumbers and roasted veggies. Brassica fries are too good, well seasoned. Ambiance is also very calm and aesthetic. Zhug hot sauce and special sauce are my personal choices.
I dined here about two weeks ago, and my friend and I were checked out by the nicest person ever—John. He was incredibly kind and made such a great impression that I just had to write this review (and I never write reviews!)

Brassica consistently serves high quality food with consistently friendly staff and a consistently clean space. Other “bowl” restaurants need to study Brassica, they seem to be the only place who know how to keep high standards after growing. Proud of this little Columbus gem!
