Miko was our server and she was fabulous. She was efficient, warm, friendly, and committed to doing anything she could to make our LONG lunch comfortable and fun. She deserves accolades for her kind service.
Food was great. They sat us at kind of an awkward table that seemed to be in the way of people trying to deliver food. Our server was a little pushy on wanting us to leave but we would still come back.
The food was pretty good, some chicken in the pasta was tough but otherwise everything from starters, salads and entrees was tasty. I do think the prices have really sky rocketed. To add the side salad which isn't anything elaborate was $7 or $8. Our server was great!!
The food has always been great. Never had a bad meal. But the service and the management are horrible. First, our waiter, who by the way worked his a$$ off because he was also bartending. The management hung out by the kitchen and did nothing. Other waiters and waitresses did nothing out of the ordinary to help the patrons or their coworkers when they got behind. Overall Bravo would be a great place to have a restaurant if the managers did their jobs properly. Perfect example are the Cameron Mitchell restaurants. The staff at any of his restaurants bend over backwards to please the patrons, hence their success. Please Bravo, your food is great, your service and management suck!!! TJ Brudzinski
Excellent food and excellent service! This was a perfect choice for celebrating our daughter's completion of high school.
Bravo just isn't what it used to be. Our service was bad, mainly just slow. Our guy had too many tables for his abilities. He forgot what we were drinking almost every time, took 10 minutes before he took our drink orders, and didn't clear our appetizer plates until we were done with our main meal. On top of that, the food wasn't that great. Over cooked/dry chicken and no dipping mix for the bread. Not coming back unfortunately, we used to love Bravo
I understand it was Mother's day hut the service was so slow and we spent so much time waiting for our food and then they made the wrong dish for my husband. Even after this it took forever to just get our check and head out. Not a great experience but the food was great.
Service was slow. Didn't get our food until over an hour after sitting down. Waiter was non-existent. Food finally came and it was clear it Sat under the heat lamp for quite a while. Water glasses never refilled.
The family loved the food like usual. Katie was our waitress and she was fantastic. We look forward to our return.
We were a 10:15 reservation. We waited 2 HOURS for our food while we watched all the other tables seated after us get their food. The kitchen was having major problems and apparently a communication barrier between cooks and staff too, we were told. The manager had no understanding himself as to how our they could have dropped the ball so badly. I believe they lost our ticket- but even after that was discovered, it's till took like another 45 minutes! We won't be back.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, and the manager cut the price of a bottle of wine as compensation for us having to wait too long for service. Food is always excellent! Ambiance wonderful, whether on the nice patio or inside.
We sat on the patio and it was a beautiful sunny day, so that was very nice. Server was great and food was ok.
Wonderful food and service for Easter Sunday meal. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our party and everyone had a great time. No complaints. They were VERY busy - glad we had a reservation.
The team at Bravo did a great job with Easter. Despite having many large parties the service was excellent and the food was very good.
We brought our 80 year old aunt visiting from Florida to her favorite Ohio restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. We'd requested seating in the quietest area possible, but were seated just behind the hostess station. Our server did not ask if we wanted cocktails or appetizers, nor were we recommended anything. Two of us ordered filets, which were both over-done, lukewarm and almost too stringy to cut. We had to ask for the wine we'd ordered with our meal, as it had been forgotten at the bar. The asparagus on one plate was too woody to eat. This was absolutely the worst meal we've ever had at this restaurant. Because we have previously had both good food and service, I will visit one more time; however, if this had been an initial visit, I would never come back.
