We brought our 80 year old aunt visiting from Florida to her favorite Ohio restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. We'd requested seating in the quietest area possible, but were seated just behind the hostess station. Our server did not ask if we wanted cocktails or appetizers, nor were we recommended anything. Two of us ordered filets, which were both over-done, lukewarm and almost too stringy to cut. We had to ask for the wine we'd ordered with our meal, as it had been forgotten at the bar. The asparagus on one plate was too woody to eat. This was absolutely the worst meal we've ever had at this restaurant. Because we have previously had both good food and service, I will visit one more time; however, if this had been an initial visit, I would never come back.

My wife and I chose Bravo Italiano Cucina to celebrate our anniversary over dinner. As first time diners there, we were quite impressed. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service (Katie, our waiter and server, was very attentive and sweet). The food was delicious (fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmigiana our chosen entrees). Dessert was just right. We will be back. Bravo!

Our server was not very good. He didn't get the orders right. He missed one salad entirely and had to be asked more than once to bring it. He also didn't put in one of our entrees and after we pointed it out, it arrived 20 minutes after the other meals. 3 of us had ordered from the Fall Specials menu which includes dessert which we each ordered at the same time as our entrees. He needed to be reminded to bring them. He also failed to bring one of the coffees that had been ordered. Additionally, he never asked how our food was. The lobster bisque was cold. As a whole, the food wasn't as good as it was in the past. Disappointing

Our lunch group had a wonderful time at Bravo. The setting was lovely , the service was great and our meals were delicious . We all said, "Let's come here more often!"

Had another nice dining experience at Bravo! Italian Kitchen last night. The spaghetti bolognese was delicious as always, but my wife says the noodles in the shrimp alfredo were a little disappointing as they tended to lump together. All in all though still a very good meal.

Have eaten at this location since the 90's. Took my daughter and her family out to celebrate our grandson's 3rd year in the Ohio State University Marching band. Service was the worst I have ever experienced ay Bravos. The server handed EVRYTHING to us to take. He reached across the table to hand out food, drinks... you name it. He would stand at least six feet away to communicate with us. He even asked our grandson to hold up his entree so the server could put cheese on it. The calamari was over breaded and extremely rubbery. some in our party never got water refills. all of our entrees come lukewarm at best. were My specialty martini was terrible. I had to remind he server 3 times that I had a martini ordered. It arrived lukewarm with NO blue cheese olives. If it had Grey Goose in it it was a drop or two. ... all that was $14. I spoke with manager, he was very apologetic said he was sorry this happened and walked away from me.

Food was good. Service could have been better. No refill of water, did not come around to see how our food was. Our waitress was training someone, so the trainee is not getting very good training.

Bravo is always a great experience. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the ability to put our stroller next to us with our 2 month old. The food was fantastic as always and the service was fast.

I will say this they used to be pretty good food was always greasy there was no taste in it but recently they decided that they wouldn't do EBT they used to do that which was a nice benefit cuz it helped when you didn't have actual cash but now they decided they're too good for it so they won't get my business again cuz it isn't worth it to pay actual cash for a greasy tasteless food

The service was wonderful, there were a few issues which were quickly resolved and they were so nice about it. Apologized and explained that there were some new people learning. Appreciated being told and was glad to know what was going on. Would definitely go back

Celebrating a birthday. Had delicious bread with dipping oil and their delicious crispy shrimp appetizer. Everyone liked their meals, flatbread pizza, salad with chicken and pasta Bravo. We shared the Carmel cheesecake which was awesome!

The service was not good. We asked the waiter, David? if our appetizer was about ready and he said I don't know as I'm not cooking it. We also had to ask for drinks, etc. and they were not that busy. A table behind us never got waited on and ended up leaving. Appetizers were good but main entree was sub par at best. We won't be back.

Lost my order because “they were serving a wedding reception.” Real story may be understaffed. I finally got the food after more than half hour wait. The Happy Hour food was substandard. Regular menu ok but very late.

I've never had an issue with Bravo until last night. Our food came out and the chicken was cold in both our Pasta Bravo and a Caesar salad. So cold that it tasted like it was frozen and not heated up all the way. We were planning to say something to our waiter, but he didn't come to the table for at least 15 minutes after we got our food. On top of that, one of the members of my group did not receive the soup that they ordered with their meal. I don't know if it was a bad night for the restaurant, but it was not an enjoyable experience for us.
