We never got seated. There was a line out the door and most were people just trying to check in. It was about ten minutes before our reservation. People in line were telling us that their reservation was a half hour before ours or earlier. We ended up leaving.
This experience has been very upsetting from start to finish. They were not prepared for the volume of customers which was very obvious as the lobby was full and the line was outside. Manager advised the wait was going to be about 45 mins, however we waited for an hr 20 mins. When he was addressed about the matter he ignored providing information as to when we would be seated and continued to seat folks around us. So finally we do get seated but then we were put in the dark part of the restaurant with a waiter that stood far from the table and basically whispered: Mike S. only spoke with me and didn't address my spouse as if he wasn't at the table. Then kitchen was behind drastically so food was rushed —-lasagna noodles were hard. Was not hot like it was microwaved. This was my favorite location until this experience. They didn't credit me for the experience or an apologize. We just paid and left. I will not return.
We made a reservation using open Table app. for Valentines Day a week and half in advance. Bravo was not able to locate my reservation even with my email confirmation number. We waited an hour for a table as they had to fit us in. My husband ordered the lazanua and I had the Alfredo. Alfredo was small portion. The langna was a good portion but was not that good. Service was slow as we waited 45 minutes for our food. Waiter was less than engaging. We had to keep asking for bread refill. The food was not that great as we have been to better Italian restaurants with way better food and less pricey. I give this place a 4 out of 10. We won't be returning
We had reservations for 5 pm and weren't sat until almost 6. We were prepared for it to be busy, as it was Valentine's Day, however, we were skipped multiple times during seating. Upon being sat, the table wasn't set & we received our salads before our drinks. We observed many other tables being ignored throughout the two and a half hours we were there. Our entrees came out messed up, but our dessert was delicious. Overall, I believe they just needed to have more hands on deck knowing that it was a holiday
In our party of five people everyone had delicious food, service is very good, the atmosphere is beautiful, white tablecloth upscale restaurant overall such a great experience
On a Friday night.... understaffed and overwhelmed. The waiter openly bitched about seating customers right in front of us. Waited for food and drinks for a long time. Used to be our " to go" place for a nice night out for dinner. Probably wont be back.
Over an hour there and only had a salad. No staff. Left without having dinner. Never returning.
My latest experience at Bravo on Bethel Road was very disappointing. Michael, the server, did a good job, but the chicken Parmesan was not good-- chicken was dry and tough. I have had that meal at this restaurant many previous times, and it was always good. I don't know what happened, but this time was very disappointing. Not sure I will be back---
Super great server. Wonderful food. Just can't wrap our head around prices. But, this is the way of the world I guess.
Truly enjoyed the Thanksgiving special meal they offered, everything tasted great and I had enough leftover for another meal. Had a group of 9, we were seated on time, server was great and folks who didn't want the turkey meal had the regular menu to choose from.

Our salad, the "Insalata Della Casa" was pretty good, decent portion and flavorful. Our entrees were Pasta Woozie and the Spaghetti Bolognese....both with potential but average tonight. - Pasta Woozie had good pasta and sauce, but the chicken was a bit rubbery. - Spaghetti Bolognese had a great meat sauce, but the pasta was overdone, as if it had been sitting in a hot pot for a while. This location could use with a refresh, worn tables and chairs, carpet has seen better days. Just a bit tired.
Hostess seated us in a nice quiet part of the restaurant so my friend who is hard-of-hearing could hear us. Food was seasoned just right and delicious. Waiter let us take our time and enjoy our meal.
My group has always had a good experience here but I'm afraid Friday was not good at all. We waited nearly an hour for our food and when it was finally served, after one of us went to see what the problem was it was served cold. There were very few customers in the restaurant so that was not the problem. Our waiter did the best he could, and did not create the problem. When my daughter-in-law arrived to pick me up, this manager told her we were gone, which we were not! We will not be returning to this restaurant.
This has been our favorite restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The food, service, and atmosphere are outstanding.
We had a wonderful small family reunion dinner. Food was amazing and we were taken care of by John, who went over and beyond - friendly, professional, attentive. Overall great experience.
