Bravo! Italian Kitchen

Our server, Stephanie, had worked a double shift Saturday and was back to work Sunday afternoon. She was friendly, attentive, and efficient. It's nice to be around people who work hard and are good at their job.

We had a party of 12. Service was excellent as was the food! Will definitely go back again.

We had a reservation for 5 people at 5:00 PM and were seated at 4:55. Unfortunately, no one greeted our table for quite some time. At 5:15 we informed the host, and it still wasn't until 5:25 that we had our first interaction with the wait staff. After that, the service picked up and was good. Food-wise, one person in our party ordered the eggplant parm, and the eggplant was tough and overcooked. The pasta also tasted as if it had just been reheated. Overall, we left feeling less than impressed.

Was told the house wine was sweet- not so. And You didn't have decaf coffee?! when I decided to get the coffee, even though it was not decaf, it was stone cold. Disgusting. Other than that, food was good. Service was meh.

Amari is a fantastic server. He was very attentive and made sure our food and experience was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Amari!

We were out on date night and getting ready to go see John Legend at Schottenstein. We had a relaxing dinner and we enjoyed the food and the service very much. We would recommend this place to friends and family!

Wonderful place. Food was lukewarm war. bartender was awesome and went above and beyond. Managers need to help out more.

Table was sticky, waitress had to wipe down. Bread was stale and hard, couldn't bite into it. Found out later from waitress fresh bread was being baked. Service slow, wasn't that busy. The rest of our meal was wonderful.

My group of three met at the Bravo Italian Kitchen in Columbus - Lennox on a Saturday for an early dinner. Our table was ready for us and the waitress was quickly there for our drink order. She was friendly and attentive. The food came relatively quickly and was exactly as ordered and very good. I would recommend this restaurant.

The food was just so-so. My spaghetti with meatballs was dry due to the lack of sauce. Others in our party of six had about the same comment, good enough but not great. My portion size was excellent. Our server just the right combination of attention and leaving us alone.

I have always loved Bravo's! That being said I felt the food quality was not as good as usual. My lasagna dish was warm but not hot as it should be. Thinking about going for Thanksgiving but I hope I am not disappointed.

We had a very disappointing dinner at Bravo Lennox on 10/25/25. A CUP of wedding soup was $8.99! And the soup was lukewarm with 2 tiny meatballs; my friend's had no meatballs at all. Our entrees were mediocre at best. My daughter said her lasagna had weirdly spiced meat in it. My spaghetti bolognese was ok, but again, not hot. We were celebrating 2 birthdays & the desserts (crème brûlée & chocolate chip bread pudding) were the best part of the meal. The one bright spot was our server, a young blonde girl, who was wonderful. We used to feel we could count on Bravo for a consistently reasonably priced, delicious Italian meal; we no longer feel this way. In today's economy, all customers are looking for good food, reasonably priced. There are a myriad of restaurants to choose from in Columbus & we chose to spend our money on a meal at Bravo that was very disappointing.. It will be a long time, if ever, before we return to Bravo.

Came with a party of 20 for a birthday dinner and everything was amazing. Our server was kind an attentive, food and drinks came out timely and we were able to relax and have a lovely evening together.

We had a lovely pre-concert dinner. My veal was overdone, but it was still good and my husband got extra meatballs on his bolognese, which was a treat. We had the best, kindest, nicest waiter. I wish I could remember his name. We had a great time.
