Unbelievable. Bad service, cold food, chairs that are weak and wobbly, and no management staff. I was told today that there is no such thing as a general manager, and nobody to talk to about a bad experience. Poorly run and a great way to hide from bad service and poor quality food. Great way for management to hide from any complaints and their corporate office doesn’t appear to return emails either.
Great dinner tonight. Food was very good and our wait staff was friendly and engaging.
The food and staff was amazing. Our complaint is with the landlord that refuses to put in security cameras to catch the scum that keeps breaking into people's cars. According to the police and the employees, the landlord is aware of the problem and refuses to allow cameras. The landlord is a company called Casto.
