Wonderful food and service for Easter Sunday meal. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our party and everyone had a great time. No complaints. They were VERY busy - glad we had a reservation.

We went for my wife's birthday. I explicitly made sure that was communicated with our reservation. Our meal was chaotic at best. Appetizers were late (we waited about ten minutes for a sever, waited another ten or more for the first drinks and food) and served with the salads and our daughter's dinner. My dinner came next but was 20 minutes or so from the time the salads came, we'd already finished salads and appetizers so we were just there waiting. My wife's lasagna was last to be served and was another ten minutes- fifteen minutes from the time my dinner was served. I'd gotten a drink and was never asked if I wanted another. We'd all gotten water to start and were never approached about other beverages. The calamari was under breaded and slightly undercooked. We mentioned the amount of time everything was taking and they said they had some banquet downstairs. We skipped on dessert as everything seemed to be taking longer and longer. Our server was clearly not focused on the tables where we were and the manager never made the rounds to check on anyone. Not one mention, by anyone, of my wife's birthday at all. I paid, tipped, and the server forgot to bring my card back. The manager tracked me down as we were leaving to hand me my card. Not the best experience at all.

Bravo is a nice setting and ambience with decent service. Drinks are very pricey and the pasta dishes, though double the cost or more, are no better than Noodles and Company or what you could make at home with box pasta and a jar of good sauce.

We made reservations to celebrate my wife’s Birthday. The restaurant was not at all busy on a Friday evening so was surprised when the hostess ask us if we would be willing to sit at the bar. We declined and were seating at a noisy table next to the kitchen. My wife ordered chicken Marsala and I got the Pasta Bravo. Sauces and flavors were good but the chicken in the Marsala was not at all tender but the chicken in the Bravo was downright tough and difficult to chew. I told the waiter but he did not seem concerned.

14 dollars for a drink of camarena when the bottle cost 21 dollars is ridiculous. You should tell someone when they ask for well it’s that much. Not charged for top shelf price. Terrible ethics.

Called to get take out on the holiday Monday. Had some great coupons and bday dessert. Manager Kevin was amazing helping me map out how to max these savings and combinations of food to complement what I already had at home for our party. He was so kind and lovely. Then… went to pick it up and there was a woman there helping out from a different store and she was just so lovely as well. I never caught her name. This was a stunning example of amazing customer service. Food was muy delicious too. Just wanted to publicly express my thanks and appreciation! Well done

We dined at Bravo’s tonight and had a wonderful experience. They were extremely busy, but the staff were amazing and they all pulled together to provide outstanding service. The hostess, Jada, was calm and pleasant even though she was swamped. She managed to juggle guests, carryout orders, answering the phone, seating people and she even bused tables when needed. Our server, James, was efficient and professional, and he made fantastic Old Fashioneds! The manager, Kevin, has much to be proud of with the team he has created. He lead by example and did all the tasks that were needed to help his busy team give their customers the best experience possible. To top it all off, our meals were delicious too, so the excellence we could see in the dining room also carried into the kitchen!
We loved our time at Bravo! with our amazing server Colin and the wonderful manager Kevin. We had a scrumptuous meal, accompanied by attentive and warm service from Colin and Kevin (who expertly worked together to manage a unique inquiry we had). The atmosphere was relaxed and our 4 and 7 year old had a fun time during our family night out. We will be back again!

We ordered a to go order that was incomplete. They did not provide an entire entree. We called immediately after realizing the error and the hostess was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative. She was adamant she had packed the order correctly and refused to provide a refund. We asked if we could simply receive the entree item if we came back to pick it up. The hostess then hung up on us. We will not be returning to this location due to poor service and terrible customer service.

I paid $30 for a very small portion of noodles and a side salad i was very disappointed with the portion sizes. Salad looked like it had been sitting for days. I hope to get a refund.
