We had a good lunch meal at bravo yesterday. We were able to carry on conversations because the noise level was at an acceptable level. Especially the vegetable salad that my brother got. My salad with chicken was very different than what I expected. The chicken was like a deli chicken breast meat rolled up and placed all around the salad. It tasted OK but thought I was getting a grilled chicken salad. Also, they forgot that I said it was my brother's birthday and we were not offered a complementary dessert from the waiter. But overall, our experience was good because of the ambience and the noise level.
We were a party of 7, and unfortunately Bravo was really bad, the food came out ice cold literally(pasta), two of them literally had zero chicken on them, and two others had 3 really small pieces, the appetizers were okay, but not great! The service was the only decent part of the entire meal! For $325 dollars, literally not exaggerating was the quality of a cold Fazoli's quality! Bravo has gone straight down the hill lately! Won't return, they're much better places to eat, especially spending that much money! All 7 people even said how poor the food quality was.......

Will definitely go back. Hit of the dinner was the pork chops. Very tender and delicious. Came out exactly as ordered. Portions were perfect size. No shrinkflation. Chicken cabrese very good as well. Our table type request was also honored, which we always appreciate.

I will not go back to that location.The restaurant wasn't even half full and our waiter who was also the bartender completely ignored us. He brought oil to the table but said bread was in the oven. We finally received a small basket of bread when we asked when our meals arrived. Appetizer never came out. Salad and meal arrived at same time. One of the meals was wrong. Manager tried to make everything right, but was not genuine. We honestly couldn't wait to get out of there.

Unbelievable. Bad service, cold food, chairs that are weak and wobbly, and no management staff. I was told today that there is no such thing as a general manager, and nobody to talk to about a bad experience. Poorly run and a great way to hide from bad service and poor quality food. Great way for management to hide from any complaints and their corporate office doesn’t appear to return emails either.

This place is amazing. The food is great, and so are the people. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that our drinks arrived late. However, they comped our drinks, which I really appreciate.
Food was A-ok but was fresh and tasted good ?. It did a little longer but I guess that was expected as the food was freshly made. Only thing lacking was the ambiance, some background music would be better.

When my in-laws and my family visited this restaurant tonight around 6:30 p.m. When we were waiting for our food. A male waiter started vacuuming the whole area around us. Kicking dust up as he did so.Our waitress only came around a couple times. It took us forever to order dessert after dinner, because our waitress did not come back to see us for quite some time.Our food had very little sauce on it and it was served cold. Not worth the price we paid for it.This will be the last time that we come back to this restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Both my friend and I just got ceaser salad with shrimp....it was bad made my stomach hurt and there was to much dressing on it. Wasn't even busy and there were so many waiters yet never got much service

The rigatoni and the chocolate cake was so bad. All I tasted was the overwhelming garlic. It made me sick and nauseous. Too expensive for garbage food. You're better off getting PIADA if you want nice Italian food. Seriously.

Manager needs to be hands on. She is young, maybe too young. Bartender waited tables. So our drink order took 20minutes to get. And none were made correctly. Dirty glasses stacked up on bar. Manager never helped out. How can you run out of homemade mashed potatoes? As many stores around the area and nobody can run get potatoes? And they never told us they ran out. Food tasted off. Chefs aren't cooking foods as per recipe. They put their own twist on food. So never get same meal twice. Not sure if returning or not. This location needs serious help. Corp needs to come in and watch how this restaurant is being run into the ground.
