Went twice this week for the same salad...I let the cashier know the first time I didn't get onions in my salad..ordered the same today and the same thing happened..Lucky I checked my salad before leaving...the lady that put my onions in basically threw the onions in the bowl...I'd like to get treated like everyone else!!!!

They have really gone downhill. Portions keep getting smaller and prices going way up. I spent $10 on this sandwich, and the banana for scale wasn't included.

I don’t know if it was sanitary issues or the ingredients used but I ordered a chai charger and ended up with horrible food poisoning. Not to mention the drink wasn’t made the way I asked either but I was in a rush to go to class so I had to deal with it. Definitely not getting a drink from here again.

I really loved eating my breakfast there and beginning my day with a positive vibe! They always had some music playing which is amazing. The food has been excellent. The staffs are very welcoming. It felt like they were very happy to serve you no matter what you ordered (be it sandwich or coffee or scrambled bowl in my case).I hope to go there as much I can.

Food was good, but place is understaffed. Took 30 minutes to get my lunch...and it was just a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Soup was not very hot once I finally got it. I felt sorry for the overworked cook. They need to get more help. People need time to eat the food they go there to eat during their lunch hour.
Great place to grab a coffee headed in to work. They have good lunch options, too.

I only stop here because I work in the building. But the food and service has gone so far downhill since 2020 that I leave without ordering about 3 out of 4 times I stop in. I've been coming here since 2013 and I'm very disappointed in this. My food orders are constantly incorrect, sides are forgotten (chips, cookies, pastry items), and half the time they call numbers but forget to hand me my slip and the other half they call names. They've extended their hours a bit, but they only serve "express" items which isn't helpful when I've had to skip lunch because of a long lab experiment that day. Also, skip the app for ordering - it doesn't have the full menu and is lacking a way to select which side item you want. You're better off just stopping at the vending machines in the alcove right behind here if you want to know what you're getting.
