Did not Hate this hate this place, it is okay for an off-the-beaten-path bar. TV outside for football games if you are on OSU fan. Oh-

When I was married my husband came here all the time. It's close to where he works and just far enough away from home. His girlfriend took a couple pictures of him here and posted them. He told me the name of the place was "The Office" he worked a lot of overtime.

Quick and fun beer

This place is suspect, the TV"s were not working properly. He was losing power consistently behind the bar, and slow on providing another beverage.

Bartender verbally attacked me for asking for my beer that she took my money for and did not give to me. 2 regular customers there told her that I paid cash for my beer & then she didn't give it to me. She was extremely drunk to the point that her boyfriend had to come outside and get her while she was yelling at me and calling me names. The only thing I did to provoke her was ask her for the beer I had just paid for. I don't understand why/how Jose & Boli allow the bartenders to get that drunk and represent them in such a horrible manner! I don't know the girls name that was bartending but it happened last night, July 10th.

The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because the bartender was super friendly and made this whole experience slightly less awkward than it was. My boyfriend and I live in the Worthington area and had never been here, we decided to check it out because we are wanting to find a small dive bar we could regularly go to. As soon as we walk in all eyes were on us immediately, and not friendly eyes either. We both instantly felt like we weren't supposed to be there and we're not welcomed by the other patrons. We sat down at the bar and the bartender asked for our IDs. As she's checking them, everyone is STILL staring at us, the older gentleman on the other side of the bar we're especially staring as if I was a piece of meat... Needless to say, the whole experience was insanely awkward and my boyfriend and I ended up leaving before we even ordered a drink. Again, the bartender was super friendly and invited us to come back sometime. Maybe we picked the wrong day/time to go? But either way, I've never felt so awakward in a place ever. I will most likely not go back. Hopefully others don't have this same experience!

Ewwww! I walked in the the overwhelming odor of sewage. Also, they were playing a TV show over the speakers. No music? I don't get it. Location? Strange. I used to play softball for the Clintonville location, which is better (not by much). But come on, clean the place once in a while. For a local chain, you'd think they would take a minute to care for the location.

Typically good, friendly service. It's outsider-friendly, but a place with a lot of regulars. Say "hi" to Jack Moss, the "Mayor of Flint" for me.

Brew Stirs is one of my favorite bars. I visit there frequently. I went there on a Thursday karaoke night to have a good time with my friends. The karaoke host allowed a singer to sing ”Christmas At Ground Zero.” I don't find it humorous or entertaining to have someone karaoke about something so sensitive about a national tragedy. It caught me completely off guard and makes me think twice about the bar I love to go to.

Aki has a list of his own concoctions just ask for the 9th war. Women come in as groups and men sit around hoping they fall into their laps lol this place is for the spontaneous and adventurous.
