Very understaffed. The waitress was excellent but wasn’t enough of her to go around. No TP in bathroom and was dirty. Food was good for price of $15 unlimited wings. Very hard to get extra after the initial plate. Drinks EXPENSIVE. No fountain soda, water glasses tiny. Box checked, won’t be in our date night rotation.Parking: Limited

Best place to play rock, paper, scissors and win free dessert. Atmosphere is great and the staff are charismatic and helpful. The food is hot and ready.

We love Brewdog and have even been to the one in London. This particular one is great. The restaurant is usually a bit cold. And parking is a challenge. Menu is pretty standard between them all and I can usually find something tasty. I’m not a fan of their beer but they make really good cocktails so something for everyone. My husband loves the beer so we both end up happy in that department. If you haven’t been to this one try it out.Parking: They have a small lot out back but it’s a bit tight and rough in the bottom of the car so we usually spark no the street.

We closed the bar down on a Monday for a retirement celebration. The staff was very courteous with our small group and being there late. Beer as always was great and had a ton of options!

This place is filthy. You can't even pick up a menu without it being sticky. Your arms stick to the table. The one in Canal is so much better. We will go to Land Grant instead. They don't have table service. You have to go to the bar to order anything.

We happen to be in Franklinton on Thursday and stopped at BrewDog. Aaron was great. Before I remembered it was tasting Thursday he was bringing us samples. We had brisket tacos and Mac & cheese. The smaller bar was a nice change to the larger New Albany and DogTap. Great venue. We are planning to go back when the roof top opens.

As a long-term EFP shareholder in the UK, I'm excited to see BrewDog's expansion in the US. This was my first visit to a US BrewDog bar and was disappointed with most of it. The fist bartender I encountered was incredibly unfriendly - no smile, no welcome, she just stared at me until I ordered. She did this with others too so I didn't take it personally. After a shift change things improved but noone was especially friendly. The bar and toilets were grubby and needed a good clean. Parmesan fries were disgusting - they tasted like they'd been made days ago. I left 90% of them but staff didn't care enough to ask what the problem was.

My son loves this place, so we took him for his birthday.I am not an IPA drinker and they had few beers that were not IPAs.
