In from out of town, saw this place and had to grab one. I love hot pretzels. Good size for the price and excellent flavor. I went with classic salt however they have plenty of other options that all looked awesome. I would suggest to the owner a better system for keeping the pretzels warm. North Market wasn’t very busy (as all the locals warned us it would be) and the lines weren’t long. The location had a large quantity of pretzels made and all were cold. Detracted from the experience a bit. However, all in all, we were happy and would be back if and when we are ever in Columbus again
Had delicious pretzel selections. I had multiple twists to try a variety of flavors. I had a pumpkin spice, cinnamon sugar, and regular. Highly recommended.

I do not know how this is less than 5 stars. She runs a great shop with the most delicious pretzels. Huge fan of how the jalapeño cheddar was made, we got twists of the asiago cracked pepper, garlic and something, brown sugar and cinnamon, and one other I can't remember because we gobbled them up. They transported well and kept overnight in the bag in a sealed container. Popped in the air fryer for an absolute delight. I wish she was here in Cleveland, you'd be 5 stars and more. Cannot recommend it higher for the flavor was 12/10 and one of the only things I liked in Columbus. We should have bought her out as affordable as it was as well!

I have been coming to Brezel for years and they are my favorite pretzel place ever! They make traditional Bavarian style pretzels which means they dip their pretzels in a lye bath before baking them. This process creates the signature pretzel crust on the outside of the pretzel but leaves the inside soft and fluffy. They are also traditionally served at room temperature. If you prefer a warm pretzel just ask them to warm it up and they are more than happy to do so! (I learned all this info from talking to the staff who btw are the sweetest humans alive) They have sooo many different flavors that they rotate between throughout the year. My newest favorite is their Hot Honey & Colby Jack pretzel. It is TO DIE FOR. Yesterday I had their weekend specialty pretzel which was Strawberry Habanero. It was SPICY with the perfect amount of sweetness! Soooo yummy! I also recently learned that they can do bulk or specialty orders if you have a party or just want a ton of pretzels you can call or email them. They also mentioned that they love to make other shapes. (I’m planning on ordering a specific shape for my sisters bachelorette party if you know what I mean 🤣) I cannot say enough good things about Brezel. If you’re ever in the area, make sure to stop by and get a pretzel. You won’t regret it!!

This was our first time in Ohio and came to Columbus for soccer game. Came to North Market to grab a bite to eat and try something different. Purchased original and Jalapeño Chedder pretzels…both were cold as a rock! The only warm thing was the cheese sauce. I’m not sure if the pretzels supposed to be warmed up again before giving to the customer but seriously it literally hurt my jaw hurt. The employee didn’t bother I guess and she was rushing us so she can go in with her business. Also dip sauces are buy one get one free but I was charged for both. Wouldn’t recommend this place..if you buy it make sure it’s warm.

I have been coming here for years I pay for street parking and 13.00 for the 2 pretzels. When I don’t come in I send my children. This is my last time coming here . These pretzels today have to old and stale and warmed over . I’m from Philadelphia and have went to the Philadelphia pretzel factory for years and know pretzels. I don’t like the warmed so I would notice stale if I tasted it . These were stale old and hard . I bet you I never pay 13.00 for stale pretzels again. When I walked up I said hello there was a new girl and a regular working. I always tip but today I’m done .
Great pretzels

I had the garlic parmesan parmesan was like wax stuck on top of plastic., The garlic flavor overwhelmed the pretzel, and left a bitter after taste. The pretzel itself was lackluster, doughy, gummy, less than fair quality it wasn't a pleasant experience. I'd never go back.

Busy pretzel shop inside of North Marketplace. Pretzel was ok. Had the cinnamon sugar. A little harder than I would have liked.

My absolute favorite soft pretzel place! A regular salted pretzel with the garlic butter is my go to but one day I’ll make it early enough to get a chance of picking from the whole variety. The staff is great too! Give them a try if you come to the North Market!
