I have been coming to Brezel for years and they are my favorite pretzel place ever! They make traditional Bavarian style pretzels which means they dip their pretzels in a lye bath before baking them. This process creates the signature pretzel crust on the outside of the pretzel but leaves the inside soft and fluffy. They are also traditionally served at room temperature. My absolute favorite soft pretzel place! A regular salted pretzel with the garlic butter is my go to but one day I’ll make it early enough to get a chance of picking from the whole variety. The staff is great too! Give them a try if you come to the North Market!

This place was really exciting. My wife loves them. She swears by him anytime. I'm in the area I have to stop and get her one or two. She loves it. However, right now parking is horrible so it makes it really hard for me or anyone to get down there on the daily because of the parking. But it's fine the service. The staff great service. They'll talk to you. Tell you how they make it whatever they put in it all the above so it's a fun place
