So disappointing. First of all, about 15 to 20 minutes seated before anyone even came to our table to see if we even wanted anything to drink. Secondly, server seemed nonchalant about even checking on our table. Thirdly, food was very overpriced for the amount of food. Not sure how Brio survives for long.
Got the Bubbly Bliss and that was a great value for brunch mimosas. Had the pesto bacon pizza and it was good. Just good. Nothing particularly stood out. I'll keep going back for brunch but not exactly excited about the menu beyond the mimosas.
I hadn't been to Brio in quite a while, and I was very underwhelmed with our experience. It took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks, service was extremely slow the entire time. We ordered a bottle of wine to come out with our dinner, and it didn't arrive until we were finished eating. The food quality was subpar for the price and what was expected. I also marked it was our daughters birthday on our reservation and it was never acknowledged. Needless to say we will not be back anytime soon!
Disappointing $100 dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids. Brio Used to be a nice dinner out with fun atmosphere. Popped in after shopping because there was no wait. That should've been the diet sign. Now well past its prime. Food was cold and bland. Kids salad was missing chicken and no one came back to check. Prices too high for the mediocre quality. Service was slow. Bread came about 20 min after sitting down. We cleared own salad plates and set on ledge behind. No one ever cleared. We were never offered drink refills. Many other better dining choices at Easton. I would guess this restaurant will be closed soon and renovated.
Our server was horrible. Good took two hours my dish was not even warm and our second party they sat a different table. Was so ODD! May not return...
We had reservations, seated immediately and our waitress took our order for drinks shortly afterwards sitting. We asked for several minutes to decide our food. We ordered and received our food 20 minutes later. We Still had not received our wine and had to ask for it. Wine came 10 minutes after food. Water never refilled. Food was OK not worth what we paid.
We had an absolute fantastic experience. My husband and I had planned for our rehearsal dinner for our wedding to be at another restaurant. 10 minutes into our 30 minute drive there we’re getting a call that the power is out and they can’t offer us the private room for 30+ people that we had requested. Imagine our disbelief lol. We called all around and everyone either wasn’t picking up the phone or wasn’t able to accommodate us on such short noticed. that is until we called brio. After a short hold they let us know that we could have one of their private rooms. The Luis and Taylor team was incredible, and what we thought was an insane turn of events right before our wedding, turned out to be a blessing. The food was incredible, the staff so accommodating and friendly, it was cozy, lovely, we were able to play the video we had created and set out the decorations, it was perfect. We are so grateful for them!!

I should’ve stopped with the soup because their food is disgusting. My veggies were soggy and salmon over cooked. The only decent thing was the wine. I’m shocked a chef serves such honestly.

We traveled from Denver Colorado to visit family. We decided to eat lunch at Brio. What a wonderful experience we had. The food was amazing and JEREMY, our server, was one of the most amazing, attentive servers that we have ever had. I highly recommend this place and, if you’re lucky, JEREMY will be your server! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jeremy was amazing!!!
Our waiter was attentive, but unfortunately the food just wasn't good. We ordered the Pasta Brio and it was honestly very strange—the noodles were cold while the sauce was hot, so the temperature was off completely, especially for a signature dish. We also ordered the chopped side salad, which was wilted and lacked substance. I was also disappointed with the seating situation. We had our kids with us and specifically booked the patio two weeks in advance so they could enjoy the Christmas lighting. However, on the day of our reservation, I received a call saying the entire front area had been booked by someone else and my request couldn't be accommodated. By then, everywhere else in the area was fully booked, so changing plans wasn't really an option. Overall, the experience just wasn't great. This was my second time coming for dinner, and I still haven't been impressed. I think I'll just stick to brunch.
Glad to be back. It has been years. I always enjoyed Easton Town Center. Glad to show my GF the lovely area. BRIO always nice place to dine. I especially like the patio bar and looking out on the courtyard. Sorry we missed the CHRISTMAS tree lighting ceremony. The waitress was fine but my GF thought she kinda rushed us. Meh she did good. Happy Thanksgiving.
