Was a very meh experience. Our server was friendly and fairly attentive but neglected to clear dirty glasses and plates after courses. Unacceptable! Additionally, we had to request both a box and our check. The physical restaurant could use a refresh as the dirty carpets, sticky tile floors and visible dirt accumulations on ceiling vents and adjacent panels made for a very dingy, unclean feel. The food itself was good, but average at best. We ordered pre-dinner drinks and a bottle of wine which one was super sweet and the other tasted dilute. The wine was quite good, thankfully as it was $65. We both did not enjoy our experience and would have far preferred to spend $150 and our Saturday evening at a far better establishment.

We must had new waitress she forgot to add my daughters entree. It was a steak salad so she had nothing to eat. She took it home when finally arrived with check and didn't charge. Plus we had 2 children sat us outside and didn't ask if we were ok with this? It was a bit hot so overall just okay night out with my family

Despite the pleasant dining experience and reasonable prices, the establishment requires immediate renovation. The deterioration of the walls, chairs, flooring, and dinnerware is evident over the past five years. While the location is excellent, the service time for food was excessively long, taking approximately 45 minutes. Although the waitress was friendly and attentive, the presence of numerous mosquitoes and inadequate air conditioning, especially during the current hot weather, were significant drawbacks.

Really good food. Nice place and tables aren't tiny. 4 people can sit comfy and eat at a table. Some places have kids tables for adults, this does not. Good food again.

My family of six came to Brio's last night to celebrate my sister's 18th birthday. I brought a cake from a family friend; however, it split on my way from Lancaster to Columbus. She gave me advice on how to fix it myself but suggested asking the cook/chef if he/she could fix it so I bought white icing at Kroger and upon arrival, I asked the hostess if there was any way they could fix it. She got her manager and the manager asked the cook/chef who said yes! Heather Murray (I believe that is how it is spelled) fixed our cake and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. She fixed the split, even made a black icing to redo the words, had sprinkles and candles if we wanted them. She would not let me send her some money for doing something that was clearly not expected of her. So I would like to say THANK YOU to Heather and the manager. You made our night! Also, our waitress was AMAZING! She was funny, kind and put up with our chaos (we are a little crazy lol). Unsure of her name but she had cool glasses and beautiful curly hair. Anyway, wonderful experience! Other restaurants need to take notes! The food was delicious too. 10/10 would recommend and will be going there again!

I really enjoy dining at this location. We usually sit at the bar and enjoy few appetizers and drinks. The food is always amazing. Our two favorite bartenders ate Alley and Lewis, they are amazing. The always give us exceptional service.

First thing I noticed walking into the place were the stickiest floors I have ever walked on. The entire place stinks of rancid mop water. I was there visiting with family. If it were me in charge I would've walked right back out. We get to our table and the chair I was going to sit in was wet. I grabbed a napkin from a different table to clean the seat. By this point our night was ruined. Where I live, on the east coast, I have never seen such disgusting conditions in a restaurant. How is it possible that the manager didn't notice the sticky floors and take action? If they can't get that right, what other problems lurk? Ruined the night.

Not a fan of this Brio. Avoid! Smells musty and old inside. The interior decorations are deteriorating. My food was greasy and cooked incorrectly. Sad as I normally like restaurants.
