This Place is Absolutely Phenomenal, service was great. The Waffles and Chicken were presented nice the waffles crisp but soft. The Brisket is great and it was a hair salty today but didn't take away from the overall taste. Can't wait to return.

My son goes to Miami University and we live in Cleveland. We were looking for a place in the middle to meet and have Easter brunch together. Bristol Republic popped up as a location having a brunch buffet, so we gave it a shot. Boy were we blown away!! Food was absolutely delicious and so much to choose from. The ambiance of the bar/restaurant was so fun and reminded me of being in Nashville. Would definitely eat at again next time we drive through Columbus!

We enjoyed a lovely brunch today. I had the chicken and waffles; both were great. My husband had the southwestern scramble with brisket. He loved it. We'll be back.
Tried this place for brunch and did not disappoint! The food is great and an amazing value. The service was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!
Update: I went back and the experience was the total opposite. Disappointed all the way around. The server definitely didn’t want to be there that day and the food underwhelming. It was Sunday and they were running out of everything, the food was cold, and server was tired I suppose. So I guess the rule is: don’t go on Sunday?

Popped in for a quick brunch on the way home from Cincy. Great plates and beer, at an excellent price. Our bartender was super attentive and positive. We'll definitely be back.

The food service was a little slow. The length between order to food was LONG, but it was WORTH the wait. 5 different orders and all of them done fantastic!
