I ordered a DoorDash and it would not let me add a side of bacon to my maple French toast bagel. I called in and spoke with Kaitlyn and she said she would add it to the order with no issues. I truly love their bagels and the customer service is excellent!

this is probably the worst location I’ve been at. I haven’t been to this location at all yet this semester, but their customer service was awful. when I walked in, I walked up to the person yelling at orders and told her I had to pick up order. She yelled back at me and said that I had to wait in the line like everyone else. After waiting in the line for a couple minutes, I saw people going to the side to pick up there to go orders so I was directed to the wrong line. The person handing out orders was also working the register and did not look up at anyone or have any sense of urgency. Then he asked the people around me for their names on the order skipping over me. My order continued to sit on the shelf behind him for over 10 minutes. The only reason I was able to get my order was because I had to stare at him and wait for him to look up to interrupt him and obviously the food was cold by then. Then once I got to my car, I had an item missing from my order so I went back inside and waited even longer for the person to look up there was no apology or anything. I never complain, but this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

The food was delicious as always. The staff were training some their new hires and doing a great job coaching and working alongside them.
It took them nearly 45 minutes to deliver two cold, incorrect bagels. I got a sesame bagel with chive cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese. My friend got a plain bagel with sausage- no sausage and received a raisin bagel, which was disgusting with the cheese and other toppings he got. Do not go here. Also 0 seating inside.

If I could give this location a zero or negative 10 stars I would have. This store is by far the most incompetent of the 3 in the Columbus OH area. I try to avoid using this store but unfortunately it is the closest to my office for door dash. Whenever I order from them, the online door dash options are always pre-set to "not accepting special requests" a button I know for a fact that the store can select. This means that I have to physically call in to request my special order. I always get the same thing: zesty egg white on plain not cut skinny + egg white turkey sausage cheddar cheese on a plain bagel with red pepper and siracha sauce (NOT THE CREAM CHEESE SIRACHA HONEY). I say this because this store somehow doesn't understand the difference. I call them to specifically tell them this is what I want and they always say yes we will take care of it only for the order to arrive (late mind you but that is the door dash driver's fault) incorrect EVERY SINGLE TIME. These photos are from the order I just got today - does that look like egg white to you? & it is covered in the siracha honey cream cheese with no cheddar cheese to be found. What's worse, the $2 refund from door dash barely covers the difference from the price of the sandwich in the store vs. the price from its doordash. Someone needs fired for continuously messing up this order. I rarely have to order via door dash usually due to snow. Never again.

I ordered an Herby Turkey sandwich and Egg, Sausage & Cheese sandwich and they gave me an herby Turkey WITH sausage instead of turkey (ew) and NO egg sausage and cheese sandwich. Like what?? I feel like you have to try really hard to make that mistake.
The sausage was cold, by the way. Not that I was going to eat it anyway.
