It took them nearly 45 minutes to deliver two cold, incorrect bagels. I got a sesame bagel with chive cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese. My friend got a plain bagel with sausage- no sausage and received a raisin bagel, which was disgusting with the cheese and other toppings he got. Do not go here. Also 0 seating inside.

Today at about 9:35 am I went in and stood in line. The girl in front of me ordered her bagel and iced coffee and her total came to about $8. Then as she walked away to go wait for her food I saw the employee REACH OVER THE REGISTER AND SELECT THE HIGHEST TIP AMOUNT ON THE MACHINE! This brought her total to $11 and she had no idea that this happened. This is so so wrong and actually STEALING. I'm very very disappointed and have lost all trust in them. I'm pretty sure that illegal as well. Be careful at this location. If they are comfortable doing that in front of other customers then what else are they comfortable doing.

If I could give this location a zero or negative 10 stars I would have. This store is by far the most incompetent of the 3 in the Columbus OH area. I try to avoid using this store but unfortunately it is the closest to my office for door dash. Whenever I order from them, the online door dash options are always pre-set to "not accepting special requests" a button I know for a fact that the store can select. This means that I have to physically call in to request my special order. I always get the same thing: zesty egg white on plain not cut skinny + egg white turkey sausage cheddar cheese on a plain bagel with red pepper and siracha sauce (NOT THE CREAM CHEESE SIRACHA HONEY). I say this because this store somehow doesn't understand the difference. I call them to specifically tell them this is what I want and they always say yes we will take care of it only for the order to arrive (late mind you but that is the door dash driver's fault) incorrect EVERY SINGLE TIME. These photos are from the order I just got today - does that look like egg white to you? & it is covered in the siracha honey cream cheese with no cheddar cheese to be found. What's worse, the $2 refund from door dash barely covers the difference from the price of the sandwich in the store vs. the price from its doordash. Someone needs fired for continuously messing up this order. I rarely have to order via door dash usually due to snow. Never again.

You can always count on Breuggers the morning after a night out or a last minute breakfast on the way to class. Usually have to go somewhat early to beat the crowd. Lately, I've been dabbling with just the classic bagel and cream cheese, but sometimes I'll get a little fancy and do a breakfast sandwich. The restaurant is clean, and they have outdoor seating, which is amazing when the weather is nice.

I ordered an Herby Turkey sandwich and Egg, Sausage & Cheese sandwich and they gave me an herby Turkey WITH sausage instead of turkey (ew) and NO egg sausage and cheese sandwich. Like what?? I feel like you have to try really hard to make that mistake.The sausage was cold, by the way. Not that I was going to eat it anyway.

The coffee CAN be good if you get lucky. Most of the time, it's being made by someone who just got hired within the past few weeks or was trained very poorly.This establishment is clearly operating in the greediest way and it shows. Putting very little resources into training and maintaining a loyal staff, putting forward the bare minimum in terms of quality. The coffee would be good if they actually cared, but for now I would go to an establishment that is slightly less corporatized.

I got the western sandwich the quality of the beagle was good, but the sandwich was put together with next to care. The majority of the toppings were off the sandwich by the time I got it. The cold brewed coffee was surprisingly good, and prices were fair.

Sandwiches were cold in the middle. Not food safe.Service also sucked. I ordered an asiago cheese bagel and they told me they were out. I asked if I could wait for the next batch and they said they were out. A new batch came out before my sandwich was done. They straight up lied to me. Staff was pushy. Will not be going back.
I tried to come in at 12:05pm but they were closed. It wasn't even a holiday. Their website and their front door say they're open to 1pm.
