Have been here before and it was good. However today there were two employees. One was doing all the ordering and making drinks the other filled the water case and then disappeared. She did nothing to help the guy who had a long line. We finally got our drinks and the boba is cooked unevenly and the taro us nearly nonexistent in the dink. Disappointed after spending $12 for two drinks.

Ive been to many bubble tea places in Columbus but never told to hurry up by an associate because of a “long” line (may i note there was only a single couple together behind us) kind of find it laughable if you hate your job enough to keep working there.

It was my daughter's birthday today and we went to the mall to watch Furiosa in theaters and after the movie(great movie by the way 100% recommend) she wanted to get boba and since I didn't want to drive to a different place, we decided to go to this place for the first time. We didn't know what to get but this lovely worker Rahma recommend the Taro milk tea. She was so nice and helpful to us, I love seeing kind workers like her!

I took my daughter and her friends to try boba tea for the first time. We had no idea what we were doing or how to order. The girl helping us was Sidney and she was so helpful! She walked us through all of the different tea and smoothie options. She also let each of us try different kinds of bubbles. She was so patient and kind with the girls explaining and showing them different things. We got the smoothies and popping bubbles. 10/10 would come back again!
