Lady working the counter wasn't friendly. We waited a long time then someone came from the back and told us what we ordered wasn't available, or too frozen... She was hard to understand and super confusing on a substitution. We ended up getting something we didn't order and my daughter didn't like it.

Its good Boba tea, but the mobile ordering is never available and the line is always ridiculous.

Poor experience, service was terrible, and got our drinks mixed up. The lady taking our order was very rude and rolled her eyes at my partner. After it was shared that she is lactose intolerant. Also took our order and didn't start in it and proceeded to sit in the back. Not worth the money we spent just for some boba on a hot day.

I absolutely love the shots, juices, and smoothie bowls that I have purchased from the different Bubbles Tea and Juice locations I have been to. Their blue spirulina juice and peppermint chlorophyll juice are particularly soothing and rejuvenating for me. The rewards points are helpful to accumulate as well. I have never had a negative experience at this establishment.

Got two drinks today at 4:44
Aniya S was at the register (name on the receipt) with very low energy, low enthusiasm, not even a greet, i ask how was good was a drink and didn’t get an answer. I paid with cash but wanted to get my rewards points but she didn’t ask if i wanted to add my number, when i told her she said it was late to do it. I understand we have tired days but this lady can do better and have better customer service.

Tbh the milk tea wasn't that good essentially for the price. The tea was made warm. I don't know if that's something dome regular here, but every other boba place I go to it's cool. Don't see myself coming here.

A great and cheap Bubble tea at the second floor of the Easton Center. The service was not slow when there was a long line.

Website, mall listing, and Google profile all state that they open at noon on Sundays. When we approached the store at noon, an employee was sitting in the dark and stated that they were opening at 1. At 1, we witnessed a second employee walk by the store, leaving the original employee to open the store by herself.

A line around the mall and leaving one worker is insane. Another woman in the back on a computer and can’t step out to help. I sure hope she wasn’t a manager. The place won’t last long when it take 25 min to get two boba teas….
