This place is not kid friendly. Unless you don’t mind your kids seeing male and female genitalia. The service was horrible waited over 20 mins to get refills at our table. Never got dipping sauce and just an all around bad experience. Avoid at all cost, no wonder the place was half empty of a Saturday night

The atmosphere is amazing and worth it alone the server was great I'm not into Italian food to much spaghetti was really good though but garlic bread was sour I don't know why

Communal food for the win. Love the pope sculpture and the pictures of nuns, this is actually the cooled restaurant I’ve been to in style it’s so cool! Melissa was so nice and funny serving us even though we were a HUGE group! #loveyoumelissa

Staff was kind, but we definitely had issues with service. Our food was cold and nasty.

5 of us got appetizers before a concert.

Food was good as always had spicey shrimp, busceta bowl, and fried motz. All very good

So disappointed with this location. Made a reservation weeks ago for 5:30. Was told nothing about an extended wait when checking in. Wasn't seated until 6:15 and then server was nowhere to be seen. Gave up and left to grab arena food. Started our fun night on a sour note.
I don't want to reach out to anyone regarding this, we just won't be back and will spread the word.

Attended a dinner for a large group of about 30. Good was delicious, hot and fresh. However, they were slow to bring out each course, especially the dessert. Few of our party left before the delicious cheese cake was served. I still recommend Buca for both small and large parts. Not many places could accommodate or large group. And the food was delicious.

I mean really. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take order, waited 20 minutes for drinks. Gotta garlic bread and was told Entree… lasagna would be out soon. 40 minutes later still no waiter or food. Flagged down another waitresss who stated he was having a bad night. She came back and said the ran out of lasagna. Lol. What a joke we waited an hour to hear they ran out of the food we ordered. We walked out still hungry no food, no apologies…pathetic service…pathetic management. Just close now..

Incredibly disappointed after our attempt at eating there last night before an event at Nationwide. My previous visit here was very slow service, so knowing this might happen I booked a reservation for 10 a week in advance, and had everyone know what they were going to order so we could place it as soon as our wait staff came. We were seated 15+ minutes after our reservation time, and once we got to the table, no one came to serve us. I went to the lobby to let them know. Several minutes later, they sent a team member to let us know it would be another 10-15minutes before someone could come since they only had 4 servers! At this point 45 minutes after reservation time , we only had 30 minutes left to feed us all, so just went around the corner to chipotle, quickly ate and rushed in to the show. Disappointed in Buccas management and staffing to say the least, especially on a huge concert night.
