Portions are awesome however food is very bland and lacks any aspects of intilian seasonings wat so ever. Not even salt and or pepper. They should maybe have Gordon Ramsey come and help them get it together.

It took an hour and a half to get our entree after seated and that was after asking the server where it was. After we asked we got it in 5 minutes. She was asked for a drink refill 4 times and each time the answer was give me a minute. We then saw her serving other people drinks and food right beside us who had come in later. She also cleaned off some tables. We finally gave up and left. The food was terrible for what you paid. The server was disrespectful and seemed as if she was ignoring us on purpose. I will never return.

Our server was amazing. The portions are huge. A little pricey, but a fun atmosphere and good food.

Ordered food at 5:45. Still no food at 6:30. Had to ask two servers to find Cassandra our server. Finally got food. It was cold Since we were going to the hockey game we could not wait for new food to be made. Left without eating. No real apology.

The food was delicious! The service was quick. The only complaint was our entrees came before the salad. I think our server may have forgot to key it in. I enjoy salad with my meal and since we really didn't wait long for our entrees, this really wasn't an issue.

Great dinner service from Shawn, we had party of 10 and he did a fabulous job taking care of everyone at our table. Everyone enjoyed their food

Our waiter was great he was training a new guy and lots of mistakes were make . Out of some beverages and sodas , our main course came out first and out appetizer never arrived . Our waiter did a good job handling the situation he gave us free dessert to compensate for lack of help , I will say drinks were never really filled in a timely fashion . Prices of food really did not match the quality of food that was provided . Over all I'd say it was around 3stars for my wife's birthday dinner .

When it first opened back in the early 2000s, I loved it. I moved away and wanted to go back for my birthday after not having been there for years. The food was absolutely awful! Pizza was burnt, stuffed shells tasted microwaved and the chicken limone was bad as well. We also got the mixed green salad - that was the only item that tasted good. Each item said it would feed 3-5 people and we had 5 people eating so we thought with 3 entrees we would have 9-15 servings but we still left hungry and had to stop somewhere on the way home to eat. I was super bummed and would not recommend eating here to anyone.

Has a reservation and after waiting 45 minutes for our tables after our booked reservation time we just sat at the bar to eat once a seat opened there and told the host to take our name off the reservation for a table... was very frustrating but once we sat down to eat at the bar the service and food was great.

Food was good. Servers and hostess were great. Only complaint is the food took quite awhile to arrive at our table.

We had dinner for four and it was excellent. We love our server Melissa! We will return again.

i would like to give special shout out to Nate! he was a great waiter, friendly, smiled, made our visit very comfortable. we were able to be seated in the kitchen which was great for a birthday! food was very good, hot when it came to us.

Went for my birthday w/my family. Has a 1230 reservation and waited 10 minutes before even anyone came to the lobby. My husband tried to find people several times. Finally got seated by a waitress who looked completely frazzled and said they didn't hardly have anybody working on a Sunday Had to ask for Bread three different times before she finally remembered to bring it out The food was good The service was horrible My husband pulled the waitress aside twice telling her it was my birthday and she still completely forgot We waited over 20 minutes, just to get our check so that we could finally leave Good food would not make me want to go back there again though because the service was horrible and it ruins the whole experience

We set up a reservation due to attending an later event next door. Service was extremely poor. Took forever to get drinks from the bar, including water. Had to remind our server multiple times , when we saw him, which was rare. The Caesar salad was okay but the fettuccine Alfredo was dry, and the chicken parm tasted “off”.

I made a reservation for 4:30 arrived at 4:20 with 2 out of 16 of my party I waited 10 minutes bwfofe any one greeted us or helped us, like we didn't see or hear anyone. Then once my entire party arrived(because they wouldn't seat us until we had our entire party) then informed us we would have to still wait to be seated because one of our serves was late, if was around 4:45 at this point. Then when asked they would like our party of 16 to situate ourselves seeing as the lobby couldn't hold all of us they said it's a nice day outside and we can wait out there. So I would say dont expect to actually be seated or get your table for your reserved time upon arrival.
