We had dinner for four and it was excellent. We love our server Melissa! We will return again.

i would like to give special shout out to Nate! he was a great waiter, friendly, smiled, made our visit very comfortable. we were able to be seated in the kitchen which was great for a birthday! food was very good, hot when it came to us.

Went for my birthday w/my family. Has a 1230 reservation and waited 10 minutes before even anyone came to the lobby. My husband tried to find people several times. Finally got seated by a waitress who looked completely frazzled and said they didn't hardly have anybody working on a Sunday Had to ask for Bread three different times before she finally remembered to bring it out The food was good The service was horrible My husband pulled the waitress aside twice telling her it was my birthday and she still completely forgot We waited over 20 minutes, just to get our check so that we could finally leave Good food would not make me want to go back there again though because the service was horrible and it ruins the whole experience

We set up a reservation due to attending an later event next door. Service was extremely poor. Took forever to get drinks from the bar, including water. Had to remind our server multiple times , when we saw him, which was rare. The Caesar salad was okay but the fettuccine Alfredo was dry, and the chicken parm tasted “off”.

I made a reservation for 4:30 arrived at 4:20 with 2 out of 16 of my party I waited 10 minutes bwfofe any one greeted us or helped us, like we didn't see or hear anyone. Then once my entire party arrived(because they wouldn't seat us until we had our entire party) then informed us we would have to still wait to be seated because one of our serves was late, if was around 4:45 at this point. Then when asked they would like our party of 16 to situate ourselves seeing as the lobby couldn't hold all of us they said it's a nice day outside and we can wait out there. So I would say dont expect to actually be seated or get your table for your reserved time upon arrival.

We had a very poor experience at this location. We made a reservation and it took 15 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was not crowded at all. We ordered as soon as we were able and the food took about an hour to come out, and it was lukewarm. The portions were small (3 small pieces of chicken for a serving size of 3-4 people) and the menu was over priced ($27 for 3-4 servings of pasta with red sauce). Our waitress was kind, but perhaps very new? Ordering drinks was difficult as she did not seem to understand what we were asking for, and she told us the restaurant does not currently have a bartender. I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant as a place for good Italian food. I was expecting Mangianno's-like fare. We would have been better off going to Olive Garden.

SELENA was our waitress very nice and friendly. She made sure to remind us of portion sizing! She was very accommodating to our needs and silly to go containers! Would recommend her to family and friends!

Terrible service

Our server Selina was very kind and found us the perfect way to order for the 5 of us (3 kids & 2 adults). We ordered the spaghetti with marinara & chicken limone. We all loved the food! The interior was interesting and gave us all something to walk around & check out. We all left full & happy. We would definitely come back when we're in Columbus!

Went to this place during my vacation and omg, I was amazed.

Honestly, portion wise, it is a LOT but that is why it's so perfect to go with friends and/or family! Along with the prices, $30 for a huge plate of pasta that could be shared is a huge score! Especially, in the city and during this time.

The food was amazing and our server, Brittany, was such a sweetheart. She was fast, gave us attention (even though we were only a party of 2), and made sure we were happy. We had a reservation for 7 and was sat around 10 minutes after 7, which is understandable since it was busy.

The vibe was so fun and I can tell they clean very well.

Overall, the best restaurant I've been to. I will definitely come back when I'm back in Columbus.

This place is amazing!!! me and my friend were visiting out of town and decided to come here because I have been there once before with a big party,, honestly, it wasn’t the best for just two people since the portions were made for a lot more but for the prices and for the portions, it could feed four people with 30 bucks worth of food!

The static was amazing and genuinely just felt like walking into a random restaurant in Italy!! Our server was a doll!!! Her name was Britney and she was just so sweet! One of my favorite parts was when most of the serve had these tomato ties which was so fun and so creative!!

There was no one at the hostess stand when we arrived. We had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. Then no one waited on us for another 15 minutes. After our order was finally taken, we didn't get our drinks for another 15 minutes, and the waitress informed us that they were out of lasagna. ( we ordered antipasto salad, lasagna and 3 meatballs). Our waitress told us to choose something else. So we ordered rigatoni. No refills on drinks. Salad took another 30 minutes to be brought to the table. Then only 2.5 meatballs and the waitress stated they were out of meatballs. The food was good. No problem there but the service was terrible. I've been coming to Bucas for over 36 Years. Worst service ever. I've never been treated so badly. It was so disappointing.

Selena best server, she did a great job accommodating our request and she was very attentive. This is an awesome family sit down food restaurant. Make sure to leave room for dessert.

Went here during a softball tournament with my team and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is nothing like another Italian restaurant I’ve been with… not to mention that the waitress, Selena, was OUTSTANDING!!! Her comedy mixed with quality service is more than you ever ask for in a waitress! Would definitely come back if I’m ever in Columbus again.

Nothing else like it in Columbus! AMAZING!! Selena was our server and took excellent care of us!! 🍽🍛🗿
