11/16/2025 - First time visiting Buckeye Donuts and the experience was okay. When I entered the establishment the staff were taking among themselves, they did not greet me, and I greeted them. The ambiance gives a feel of a classic diner minus menu orders. I ordered a few Boston Cream donuts, and powdered custard donut. The donuts tasted okay but slightly dry. Decent looking displays, assorted flavors of doughnuts, limited patio seating, sufficient parking. Decent prices. I still left a tip. Enjoy!

they say they close at 1 but I stopped by at 12:07 and whoever was manning the door was super rude when he said they were closed. Extremely childish and poor customer service as your hours say until 1. Really if he nicely explained they closed early I wouldn’t even care that happened earlier to me when I went to a cafe and their kitchen was closed. It was just unnecessary

Literally the BEST donuts in Ohio! No joke. There is no other place this good or fresh or consistent, period! I drive over an hour to get these donuts, they are that dang good!!

Great service, excellent donuts and coffee was good and hot. Very old building My opinion if I were the owner I'd tear it down build a new building. Because the donuts are awesome lots of business there. Just my opinion
please add espresso to French vanilla and mocha cappuccino. Ts is thicker and sweeter than a frapp.

The peanut doghnut was so hard and dry I couldn't eat it. Very disappointed. We purchased a dozen doughnuts and pretty sure these doughnuts were from a other day! Dry not moist at all. We unfortunately will not return. There is nothing worse than an old dry doughnut.

In spite of the fact that this was my first time there, it felt like an old school diner. 😊 They were kind and very helpful. 10/10 for me!!! Plus... they are 24 hrs!

My daughter loves the donuts but honestly the older lady who is always up at the front is VERY RUDE. Never gives eye contact with black people couldnt say hi back when told hi, couldn’t say your welcome back when told thank you! Un happy ! My 2 time getting this bad experience’ shame on yall
