I typically frequent the OSU campus location and have always had amazing food and great service, however today I decided to stop in at the S High St. location and had my best experience yet. I went through the drive-thru around 5:30am (7/3/2025) and the lady who served me was incredibly nice. Her customer service was top tier including adding sprinkles to a donut for me that doesn’t typically have sprinkles on it. I wish I had grabbed her name so I could mention it to management...
