Ordered online through toast because their hours on google said they were open, get all the way to the restaurant and they were closed. Been calling for 2 days now to try and talk to someone to issue a refund but no one ever answers their phone. Stay away!

They got our order wrong and proceeded to argue with us. They even repeated the order back on the phone and it was correct. They added shrimp to the chicken which I did not ask for and kept saying that’s what we ordered. Stay away from here. -10 customer service
So, not only is this place quick and cheap with some delicious food, but also—you know how most hibachi places will give you a little bit of everything? Not this place, they will give you more food than you know what to do with for—including the delivery fees—$20. Everytime I have a day off, I order there. It’s my favorite place to order from.
I've never been so disregarded while ordering food in my life. I ordered Medium steak and my food is GRAY. What am I supposed to do with this brick
Food was totally disgusting rice was just watery and flat cabbage just full of garlic powder. I don't know why you're calling this Japanese hibachi because it's not. Here's a picture of what I threw away I guess since I paid $20 for it. I did eat the meat out of it but the rest is pure garbage
