Food here is good! I eat here once a week. The bathrooms however are absolutely disgusting. No toliet paper, no soap, and paper towel dispenser is broken! The light switch is so dirty its black and the door to the bathroom is sticky!
Best egg roll ive had... yumm uumm is high quality which not all of these places care about. Definitely gonna have it again
Very large portions food was amazing
Came here for the first time tonight to grab something quick after work. There were a few people waiting on food. I placed an order, swiped my card, and then they told me it’d be a 25-35 min wait. I hadn’t signed for my card transaction yet so just asked to cancel. They told me they can’t cancel or refund the order because it already went through. Meanwhile, the other person at the counter was telling people that came after me how long the wait was... I told the person waiting on me “you didn’t tell me the wait time until after I swiped my card” and her response was “you saw these people waiting, so I would expect you to know.” She went to get the owner, who came out but did not speak to me. I was told by the other person working the counter that they’d let me “cut the line” on my wait but I didn’t want to do that because it’s not fair to the people that were already waiting on their food. I ended up telling them not to worry about the food and that I’d call and dispute it with my cc company. I sat down and started to make the call, and not even a minute later they told me they were able to cancel my order. Won’t be back… can’t support businesses that do business like that.
For the price, the food is not worth the flavor and volume. It tastes bland, but the customer service is top notch. Will never go back.
To make their Crab Rangoons, they have their pet crab fart into the wonton wrapper. They then quickly close the wrapper, making sure to trap as much of the fishy fart air inside the wrapper as possible, giving their Rangoons that world renowned Buckeye Hibachi taste!
Staff was extremely nice! Food was well prepared for being more of a hibachi take out. I have had better, but GREAT customer service! Prices are also very decent compared to other places I've been to. I'd go again!
It was my first time there and I got the wrong food, I ask for steak and I got chicken, I called and they didn’t want to accept their mistake, instead the lady insisted that she open the food for us to see it . I don’t think I will recommend it

This isn't a place I would choose to eat unless I want noise and no tables. The food, however, is better than Gengigo. The meat is fresh tasting, cut against the grain, and not filled with grissel. Served with an egg fried rice, side of cabbage, and 2 sides of sauces. *Please comment for any allergies. They might be able to make suggestions. You can opt not to get the cabbage too. There's a lot of customized choices available. It's a large portion that is filling, flavorful, and healthy. Would highly recommend to most.
Dietary restrictions: Ask. Allergens could be a challenge.
Kid-friendliness: I would order ahead or come back at the given time for it to be ready.

I cannot believe I’ve lived 3 minutes away from this place for almost a year and am just now trying it because this is the best hibachi I’ve ever had. Dude. $20 for this amount of food?!?! That’s crazy. And the chicken is perfectly marinated, the veggies are so fresh, the rice is perfectly salty and the yum yum sauce has a sweet taste to it that compliments everything so well. The sweet and sour sauce is a bit spicy for me personally, but even that tasted amazing. Amazing place and amazing food!

The food is okay but nothing to write home about. My wife ordered something through one of their vendors and they didn’t have it ready when I got there. They proceeded to try and make me feel dumb for not wanting rice with my order, and forgot my wife’s yum yum sauce that was clearly put on her order. I feel that it was a wasted trip. I would not go there again.

Wish I could give a zero star, food looks to have been a whole bottle of oil sauce dumped on it. Wasn't feeling so well so I ordered a carry out and my husband helped me picked up, photo attached. Called back was told to return it for a return which I could because my husband already left for work. Save your money and order from the other branch at Hamilton. Worst experience ever.
