Took my wife and 2 kids to the afternoon lunch. The food came out quick and it was delicious. I got the Double cheeseburger meal and my wife got the spicy chicken sandwich. After our meal was complete, we got a free dessert. We got the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet. It came out hot and with ice cream on top. My youngest daughter ate most of it.
Great service.

We went to this location instead of campus parking and seating. Parking and seating was great. The restaurant looks a little bit like a cafeteria. It was a mystery as to whether we sat ourselves and whether someone was going to come and take our order. After taking our order, took 40 minutes for them to bring the food in a nearly empty restaurant. During that 40 minutes, no one came to the table to ask us if we needed anything.

Boneless wings were pathetically small and they completely forgot to put sauce. Bw3 is a shadow of what it used to be. This is probably my last time ordering from here. Planning on ordering from Roosters instead. It's local too.
They never get my order right there's always something wrong with it and service is horrible for takeout customers at this location .

Never ever order delivery. Just got my food and my fries and onion rings. Looks like someone ate from my order. I opened my big box of onion rings and fries there are 7 rings and 10 fries.
I was in town working and had a great visit. Shoutout to the bartender Jose. Very nice guy. Thank you!

6/20 please hire more people. This poor guy is on the register and cooking the food. 15 people in there. Complete chaos. You have waitresses walking around helping no one. Completely useless. The food turned out horrible. The fries tasted old like they were sitting around. I will not be returning to this location.

Last Friday night at Buffalo Wild Wings, I had an absolute blast thanks to Nick’s fantastic trivia hosting and Adaira’s stellar service! Nick’s entertainment was top-notch—he brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the trivia night, making it a highlight of the week. His questions were a perfect mix of sports, music, and movies, which kept everyone engaged and laughing. As a mover who’s always on the go, I appreciated how Nick’s lively hosting gave me a chance to unwind and have fun with friends. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, and it made the night unforgettable.
Adaira, our server, was equally amazing. She was incredibly friendly, always checking in with a genuine smile, and ensured our food and drinks arrived right on time. Her attentiveness made the experience seamless, letting us focus on the trivia without a hitch. Speaking of the food, the wings and tenders were delicious—perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce to keep me fueled after a long day of work. The combination of Nick’s entertaining trivia, Adaira’s exceptional service, and the tasty food made for a perfect night out. I’ll definitely be back for more Friday night trivia at Buffalo Wild Wings!

I would love to rate the food, however, we neither drank nor ate anything. We came in with our granddaughter who we drove to Columbus to visit. We were not greeted and we picked our seats. After about 5 minutes a waitress dropped 3 menus on the table and never returned to take an order. It wasn't a busy time and there were 2 waitresses available. After an additional 10 minutes (even though the waitress made a show of cleaning the nearby table) we walked out. We love our BW3's in Mentor for both food and service. No thanks for this Columbus location. Obviously, they don't need the business.

We come here a lot but the management is not good. The servers are all super nice and do their best but food shouldn't take 40+ minutes when the place is empty, and the wings are sometimes mad overcooked and tiny. Sometimes they are literally smaller than ur pinkie and you can't eat them. Also, the prices of this location is way more than the one on high street on campus. The same burger is like 16.50 here and 12 at the other location. just go to high street one until this place changes management
