We had the boneless wings, mild, and the Philly cheese steak... Really good though I wish it had a little more cheese on it. The service was insanely fast and friendly. Definitely will be back!

Got here at 7:30 took thirty minutes before a server even asked us for our drink order several people walked past us take orders of people who came after us this was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant

If I had to compare I'd say it was like sitting in a trashcan talking to an empty can and waiting for some random shit to just show up if anything at all.

The food was edible. Nothing that i would rave about. We ordered 20 wings, a couple drinks, a wing and boneless combo, nachos and 2 large frys. The wings were hot, tiny and dry but at least fresh. There was a hair in my nachos and we didnt find it until half way through we didn't say anything due to all of the other issues. The "large frys" we ordered could barley covered half of the smallest tray. When we asked they said that was their "regular". And they asked if we wanted another order of frys we said yes a large order. And when they arrived there was no difference than the regular frys we already were given. And we were charged for all 3 even if it was their mess up. Very poor service. Portions for their frys they are screwing people. $121 for that crap, yeah no. Definitely only going to roosters from now on.

boy this place has OUTDONE themselves thing time! just WOW! great food, and great pricing! only thing is, they saw my doordash order, and decided i didnt need those fries that came with my order. i think theyre looking out for my health, and decided i didnt need the extra carbs! thank you bdubs for looking out for my health, and even taking the $17 for the meal and keeping the rest as a tip since you didnt put the fries in the bag! LOVE YALL!

Wings are so tiny and were dry from being so small. For $15 and change i won't come back. The service... fries and burger were excellent. Bar tender said rhey get many complaints about the size of rhe wings and being small.

The worst experience I’ve ever had service wise in my life. Our server Johnathan had a problem once he came to the table as if we insulted him by eating there. Came to the table only when I and my mother had to flag him down. Showed more attention to the table of drunk white guys sitting behind us that were very loud btw. The food was outstanding shout out to the kitchen. This review is for Jonathan the short white gentleman not to get confused with any other Johnathan treat all people correctly and do your job professionally.

I ordered to pick up in the store and waited 10 minutes for my order because they said it was not ready I live 4 minutes from the store and when I got home and wanted to eat all the food it was completely cold

I love BW3 but I was really disappointed with the quality of the food I received. I worked a 12 hr day and was craving some spicy garlic wings! Got home, ready to eat but the wings were old and dried out. Only 4 of the 10 were edible. Very disappointed.

We ordered wings on the 9th. We had a really bad experience. I put that in my review. BW3 said that they would make it right .It's been 5 days and they have yet to make it right. Guess they don't care if we go back or not.

We went and picked up food at this location. We ordered a combo with 10 traditional wings and wedges. We never received any wedges. Additionally we ordered another special which included tenders that were supposed to be sauced, and they ended up coming out with no sauce. The wings were mostly breading, not that fresh and mid. I contacted customer service about the missing items and they never even responded back. Just horrible service all around.
