Buffalo Wild Wings

We arrive after a trip for basketball to grove city high school a bus from Urbana with 20 kids 5 adults. We were treated great they got us in with in 15 mins The waiter Kevin was awesome he took orders down one side of the table then up the other side and the kitchen had food coming out to the first round of people before he finished all our orders but we all gt served within 20 mins great service Then Newburyport g bus driver we usually gt discount or free meal when we go somewhere but they didn’t have that deal. But the gentleman Zach was nice to let me use his meal for the evening and I gt it free That was very polite of him I commend both Zach and Kevin especially on thier people skills and service and of course the others who brought our food out it was a great experience

Went for the deal of all you can eat wings! They had a big banner outside and everything. Got in and seated, asked them about the deal going on, only to be told it was discontinued a week prior. They then told the manager who went out and took down the massive banner. We left since they wouldn't honor it. The one thing that would have had us there, they didn't honor. We will continue to go to roosters. BW3 sucks. The staff was great, outside of that, there is nothing keeping us coming back.

Brought my gf here for her birthday. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes didn't get any service. When the waiter finally showed up I was ready to order my food, but he would only take my drink order. Another 10 minutes later he finally attempted to take my order, but when I asked him how do we go about using the birthday coupon, up front or here at the bar, he just abruptly said no. I then said we have a coupon for birthday wings the he responded back with an attitude saying he didn't understand what I saying. Then told me I can go to a different place to eat and he doesn't have to take my order, put the tablet down and walked away.

This particular restaurant just doesn't measure up. I have been there multiple times, typically late night after all other restaurants are closed. The food is never quite hot enough and the wings keep getting smaller it seems. My glass smelled of dirty water.The server was pleasant and cordial. It always appears very dark and uninviting even with TVs on.

Seated at a table that only had a single seat and had to grab a chair from another table. Building is very loud. I could barely hear the person I was with and the employees. Our meals came out at different times. Our appetizer did not come out until 10 minutes after we got the rest of our food. Overall just a poor dining experience.

We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to Ginger, our bartender! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She kept our drinks full, offered great menu suggestions, and had an awesome attitude the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. If you're heading to BWW, definitely try to sit in Ginger’s section—she’s the best!

We had the boneless wings, mild, and the Philly cheese steak... Really good though I wish it had a little more cheese on it. The service was insanely fast and friendly. Definitely will be back!

Got here at 7:30 took thirty minutes before a server even asked us for our drink order several people walked past us take orders of people who came after us this was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant
