Buffalo Wild Wings

Wish this was a joke, but this is actually what we got when we ordered cheese fries.Update: Thank you for the response but no need for further action, we don't feel as thought this is a little mistake, but rather what the restaurant we use to love has turned into. The fact that at a very minimum two different employee looked at this and said "sure serve it" was enough for us to move onto somewhere else for wings in the future.

This is a review as a Uber Eats/DoorDash driver. Don't waste your time to pick up food there unless you really want to waste your time. The girl told me it will be 2 minutes I waited 10 minutes and nothing is ready. I went to another person she just printed out the order and I asked "They just start the order now?" She said yes so I told her I'm cutting my loss and cancel my pick up. Stop lying would be a good start.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Took over 15 mins to get order taken. Another 30 for it to come out. Not busy at all either. No silverware or napkins. Awful service. Worst BW3 experience ever.

Our server took 15 minutes to take our order. There were a couple other tables in his section but he stayed pretty focused on just the one. Won't be coming back to this location. When he came back and told us the one sauce we ordered they didn't have we told him to cancel the order and left.This was also after it took him 15 minutes to bring me the water I asked for.

Harry was busy and had a full bar and was on top of it the whole time. Eat out pretty much every night and he was stellar at service

I've been here twice with my boyfriend and both experiences have been great! This visit, our server was new, but excellent at his job! Very vigilant, getting out to tables right away, and being very open in explaining when something wasn't available. If nothing else, we'd come back to talk with him again, a very nice guy.

My wings were cooked to PERFECTION! Derek, the Bartender was VERY sweet and personable!!! I LOVE BW3's Wings, Food & sauces ABOVE & BEYOND any other place that serves wings!

The Bethel location has really turned it around. My wife and I would have struggled to give them even 1 star 10-12 months ago. They had some really weak staff for a significant period and some underaverage food. I only say this because I have now had very pleasant experiences there for some time; their food and their staff. They deserve credit for their turnaround and I would now recommend easily going there.

Nothing different from one location to next as it relates to food and drinks, but the layout is very odd and different from others.

Our waitress Paris was very good & the food was very good as well

Tristin is by far the best bar tender I've had. Service was great and he was a very personable guy. No doubt that his customers are his top priority

We’ve ordered from this location a number of times through DoorDash, and more than half those times items are missing. When we call to see what happened they tell us the items are still sitting on the counter and just didn’t get put in the bag. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Tonight when we ordered through DoorDash they not only forgot our onion rings on the counter, but they completely forgot to make our traditional wings. We will NOT be ordering from this location ever again. So disappointing.

My girlfriend and I go here as a regular part of our dating rituals. We both like the 30-pack wings. Something tasty for dinner. Something little left over for lunch tomorrow.

Incapable of getting a to go order correct. Thank god I live near by ive ordered from here like 5 times and they've yet to get an order correct.

Most of the food was not hot. Service was only fair.
