I placed an order at lunch time. I ordered a total of 26 bone in wings with 5 different flavors. They do not give you even proportions of flat wings to drums. I only had 5 flats and 21 drums. Not happy at all. I have never had this happen at any other location. I feel like this only happened because it was takeout. If I lived closer I would have taken my order back.

We just did our Fantasy Football draft here for the third year in a row!
Just like the first two times we had a blast! The service and food was AMAZING!!!!
Shoutout to Jay Jay and Natasha for putting up with our football antics! Great recommendation on the one shot! I can't remember what it was called (maybe I had too many!) but it was great!

Overall good visit, took my meal to a different table so made me a new one. I had an app thay came out on time so I ate that when my buds didnt have anything. They had their 3 meals bout half finished before I got my burger so wasn't too bad. Good service.

It is Tuesday December 10 at around 8 pm I just got done eating we dine in and I order a salad it was a good bit left for some reason the server was in a rush and she just took my salad didn’t even ask me if I need a box or if I was taking it home super mad cause now I just wasted my money cause she threw it away I wish I could give it zero star isn’t the first time I had a bad experience it’s been going down hill lately.called to complain the lady on the phone wouldn’t even let me finish to explain to her what had happened just rudely interrupted me they need new manger and servers

Food was sub-par and the service was horrendous. Had to track someone down to get the rest of our meals and couldn’t get another drink to save our lives. We had to beg for them to bring the bill and then waited 15 minutes for them to actually take our money. Worst experience at a BW3 that I have ever had.

Food was over cooked nasty and late. Fries were cold and my wings were drenched in hot sauce. The waitress took long forgot parts of my order. And the tables here are dirty. Silverware dirty. Can't even get a refill. I hate this location ruined my favorite chicken spot. 3 outa ten would not recommend. I only give it a 3 cause at least the waitress tried. But not enough I wasted my money and my time tonight sadly. Clelrey tasted like water. I hate it here

Just walked out of the restaurant after waiting 20 minutes. Asked for the manger and one of the girls walked to the back as if she was going to get the manger and the lady behind the bar followed her back in the kitchen and said she was the manger. Well if she was the manager, why did the girl look at her while she was at the bar and then the woman behind the bar comes out saying she was the manager. Bull crap. And the so called manager said she just walked in when she was there when we arrived. I here were also other waitresses just walking past us. This is why I hate going to restaurants where my own people continue to not appreciate a darn job and especially the customers. Terrible, Terrible service. Will never go back. We walked out and walked right over to Red Robin’s and received excellent service. Thank goodness there were other restaurants to choose from. Up in Columbus from Cleveland.

Visited a lot for some time but haven't gone in a while but I went last night. The staff is usually in the back in the phone or talking for the takeout section but I believe that is because they are checking up on online orders. Kevin who usually works back there is awesome! Offered us drinks because it was taking awhile for all of our food to come out! We got 30 count of wings and I believe yesterday there was a deal bogo50% buy one get 50% off well when I went home there was only 27 wings in the box might now be a big deal but if I'm paying I expect all my wings to be there was disappointed this happened after not being there for awhile and being excited definitely ruined the rest of my day!
